Ali K. est un super plombier, rien à dire. Réglo, pas de surprise au niveau du prix qui pour moi était tres correct. Il intervient dans le temps promis. Je l'ai choisi pour réparer ma fuite d'eau d'une toilette de mon domicile. Cette entreprise avait déjà intervenu pour d'autre probleme de plomberie auparavent avec de tres bon resultat. I called A1 Chesney when my furnace stopped blowing hot air. A tech (Reuel) arrived at my house within an hour of my phone call, carefully and competently diagnosed the fault and broke the bad news - I needed a new blower motor and spares are no longer being made. I asked him to arrange for a sales person to visit me, and two hours later I was speaking to Tony, who explained my options and laid out the pros and cons of each. I selected new hardware (I took the opportunity to replace my geriatric water heater at the same time) and Tony arranged installation for two days later. Today Ryley and Jay carried out the installation in just over 5 hours. They arrived on time, did a neat and functional job, cleaned up after themselves, and coordinated the arrival of Ross the electrician to complete the work. Everyone took the trouble to explain what they were doing and to ensure that I understood.

I recommend A1 Chesney for their prompt attention to my problem, for the reasonable prices they offered for modern High Efficiency hardware, and for the expertise of the team they assigned to my case. Five well-deserved stars.

Austin's consultation service is thorough, respectful, and honest. He is not an intimidating salesman who pushes you to buy things you don't need. Surinder and his helper did a fantastic job installing my new air conditioner. Before they got started, Surinder explained to me what they were going to do. They then prepared the house to keep it clean while they worked. While they completed the installation, I worked in my home office without interruptions. Once they finished the job, they cleaned and reviewed the entire installation with me and explained how it all worked. Excellent job A1 Chesney, thank you!

A1 Chesney was great to work with when I had them out to repair my leaky faucet. Catherine answered my call quickly and was professional and easy to talk to when scheduling my appointment. Aaron the plumber came. He was very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond during the repair. The price was great as well.

Following a great consult, Dan, Phil and Chris showed up the next day and installed a tankless water heater and softener. The work was excellent, efficient and clean. They explained everything they were doing, showed us how everything worked, and thoroughly took us through the process, including various options and the pros and cons of those options. Ryley Maybee and his co-workers did great job for both installation of two furnaces and air-conditioner. Very professional and friendly. More impressive thing is the excellent support after installation. Recently there is some "noise" out from the chimney and I asked them to check it. They responded very quickly and checked very carefully (it turned out the bird was make noise from the top of the chimney and conducted the noise to the vent at the basement). Great job, guys!
