A few nights ago, we couldn’t get hot water from the hot water tank, nor could we get the pilot light re-lit. First thing next morning we called Hank’s/HPG, and Adam had it all diagnosed and replaced the faulty gas control valve unit by lunch time. We’ve been using Hank’s for close to 40 years and this is typical of the service we’ve always received, whether for water tanks, fixtures, plumbing failures, furnace problems, or renovations. Highly recommended!

I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Hanks over the last two years regarding issues in my condo. Their staff is always extremely professional and do a great job. Last night I was helped by Adam and today I had the pleasure of dealing with Doug who went out of his way to explain exactly what was going on with my system. He took the extra time and effort to make sure everything is working properly and explain what caused the issue and came up with a great solution to resolve the issue. I highly recommend Hanks Plumbing and will definitely use them in the future.

Have used HPG for years and will use for years more. They hire the best people and their folks are always friendly. They helped finish plumbing during a renovation, years later replaced our water tank, then an air conditioner, and most recently sent a scope down our drains to help get an animal out of the vent. They are the best, responsive, and kind! Will use forever!

Pathetic service, stay away from this company. Normally I don't write reviews but I really want everyone who is reading this review to stay away from this company. I called Hanks Plumbing as my boiler was showing Maintenance Service Required, ( it is 4 years old high efficiency boiler) I told the lady I need annual service nothing else as boiler is working fine plus I send her the photo showing Maintenance Service required message appearing on my boiler . She insisted that plumber has to check first to see what kind of service is required. They charged 243.60 for few minutes when plumber came and actually saw the boiler and told me he is shutting off boiler as he does not have time to do full maintenance and he will be back in a week. I specifically asked him do I have to call again and he told me not to worry he will talk to the scheduling person. After few weeks when nobody came to service my boiler I called Hanks Plumbing again on Sept 11 they told me Plumber will come on September 19 although it was getting cold at night but I trusted them on September 19 I received email they are busy and cannot do service today and they are rescheduling my appointment to Sept 21 and now today (sept 21) I received email from their Manager they are not going to come today as they are still busy. After wasting my 10 days he told me to call another Plumbing company. PLEAE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS COMPANY.

Had an appointment today and was given a 2hr window that they would show. 10 minutes after that window closed they called and said they could be there in half an hour.

Not impressed, they wasted my time on my day off. Maybe they do great work but not impressed with the lack of service.
