Called STAT Climate Controls Solutions in regards to a furnace related issue, the Tech (John Sinclair) was fantastic. He was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions with ease and his expertise was essential is tackling a long standing problem with our furnace. Thanks again John Sinclair. We were firing up the A/C units for the summer, but something was not quite right. Called STAT because their sticker was on the units, and received a very warm welcome and a quick appointment date. Technician was right on time and knew what he was looking for and doing. Repaired some miswiring from a previous tech who had changed the thermostat for heat during the middle of the winter. Fired everything up and measured pressure, temperature on each air outlet, and overall air flow. Cleanup up the furnaces and filters while he was at it. Still had time
left over on his basic time allotment
so he checked the outdoor condenser air flows and touched up the coils. System chugged away like a charm all summer.
We will definitely call them back here next Spring. Well managed company with great staff! Thank You!

So I own a condo, and it turns out that companies that can work on condo units are not all that common.

Fortunately, Stat Climate rescued me when I was having trouble with my AC unit.

Chris was super helpful, gave me some tips on keeping things in working order, and got everything sorted on time and for the price quoted.

Scheduling an appointment was easy, accommodated our emergency request - HVAC wasn’t working and we were having an event.

Mike, the technician, came within 30 minutes, did not wasted any time and directly went into the work. Diagnosed the problem and went ahead with resolving the issue. He is a knowledgeable person and could see his interest. Also taught us on how to do basic maintenance of the HVAC.

Issued fixed in 2 hours.

I was debating between a 4* and 5* review. There was an initial issue with the appointment but I have to admit STAT pulled all stops when they realized their mistake and did right by the customer. I was especially impressed with the service tech (Delaine N.); the problem was intermittent and difficult to pin down. I do have a basic understanding of electrical wiring and Delaine went through his analysis with me and ensure I clearly knew what he was doing and why. He was finally able to pinpoint the problem after much back and forth analysis and testing and I now have a much better understanding of my HVAC system.

We were is a very tight situation...no heating on new years eve...thier number came up on my Google search and so I called them. They responded quickly and professionally. But more importantly the technician was very knowledgeable about our systems. Within minutes he identified the problem, proffered a solution to it and proceeded in fixing the problem asap. Very pleased with Sean and his crew. Price, promptness, and reliability of service were all fantastic. After their first visit, other issues arose, unrelated to the first problem with my furnace.
