Premièrement, je m'excuse du commentaire si l'information était erroné. Je n'ai pas demandé de détail à mon mécanicien. Difficile de savoir qui croire quand on connait pas ça.

J'ai appelé pour prendre rendez-vous et c'est vous qui m'avez dit de passer quand je pourrai. Merci d'avoir travailler sur l'heure du diner pour qu'on ait pu partir plus rapidement. Le reste du voyage à été sans problème. On a fait chauffé les freins mais ils ont jamais lâché.

Durant le changement d'huile il me demande si j'ai de la difficulté avec les freins et me dit que ma hose de frein est débranché. Il me le montre et je lui demande s'il peut réparer. Il reussi a reparer après 1h. Je trouve ca bizarre car on a jamais rien senti avec les freins.

De retour a la maison je parle a mon garagiste et lui explique la situation. Il me me dit que si la hose était débranché je l'aurais plus eut de frein apres 2 coup de pedales. Et il y aurait plein d'huile a l'intérieur de la roue. Il n'y avait rien de tout ca car je verifiait régulièrement la hose apres ca.

On était des tourists et ils en ont bien profité. Maintenant je me demande s'ils ont vraiment fait le changement d'huile.

Brought my work van into this shop today to have the rear brakes worked on, when the vehicle was returned I found that there was a custom made air freshener that I had purchased missing from the vent. Asked them about the missing item and "they said didn't have it". I can assure you that it was there before it was in their possession, now conveniently its gone, after months of it being in the same spot. Whoever was working on this vehicle has sticky fingers. Now I need to go through my vehicle thoroughly to make sure none of my work tools/consumables are missing. If the item is returned then I will delete this review and move on from the situation.

First time into RJ and due to my lack of knowledge regarding the computer generated dash symbols it was a false alarm. These professionals could have soaked me for a new alternator and I would have known no different. They did not. They explained and made me feel less silly and charged me nothing for the diagnosis. Seemingly honest community oriented company. I will be back.

Great service and knowledgeable mechanics. My son and I were on a road trip, and 3 hours in we had some vehicle trouble... They helped us right away, despite having no appointment and hoping to have it repaired ASAP.
They were able to quickly diagnose the issue, got the parts for a same day fix, and we were able to continue on the way.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Their response to my review is a lie. "Billed me $175 just to put a seal in the cap. Made it seem like they were doing me a favour after quoting me $3500 for a bunch of stuff I didn't need. Also said it was only going to be around $100 and turned out to be nearly double. If I'd known I was paying more for labour, I would have had something actually worthwhile done to my vehicle. Tricky people."

Best small town Mechanic shop you could ask for. These guys know their way around your vehicle. Very accommodating to their customers. You can trust their expertise and not worry about being upsold on something that isn't needed

Where is the honest mechanical shop? They’re gonna rip you off run away. They do hundreds of dollars worth of work without authorization install parts that are needed. After speaking with other people they’ve had the same experience they will scam you. After spending $1800 still don’t have trailer brakes so now I’m off to another shop to spend more money and the owner Ron told me I should take it somewhere else that’s awesome thanks

Worth the drive from Calgary..Best Mechanics in Southern Alberta..they DO NOT upsell or scam customers...if your ride does not need the part fixed..they will not touch it..pricing is very fair...they are courteous and prompt. Great restaurant 1/2 block away..if you can wait for minor repairs. Matt the Mechanic is my go to guy there..he is highly skilled and very knowledgeable of all makes and models
