We heard about ProStar through an ad in the mail, offering a discount. When we were having toilet issues, we called and they answered right away and got a tech (plumber) in the same morning. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The company offered different packages depending on our price point etc and that was much appreciated. We got the plumbing service done and are happy with the product and the time it took to do the job. Just had it done today, but so far everything looks good! Thanks ProStar

Shawn arrived when he said he would. I had several plumbing issues that needed to be addressed ... he looked at each of my issues (kitchen faucet leak, toilet/flange repair and hot water tank leak) and created several plans of varying cost. He helped me decide which plan best suited my needs and then got right to work. All of the work he did was excellent. I was very happy with Shawn's service!

We were very happy with the service that Tyrone and Roman provided. Very professional and personable. The only reason it’s not a 5 star review is because the price was significantly higher than other providers that I’ve now called around to. But it was great they came same day. I think next time I’d be fine to wait a couple extra days but pay less.

Absolutely fantastic!

Hot water tank burst overnight and woke up with a puddle in the basement. Called Prostar early in the morning around 7am and we had a new tank installed within hours! Shawn and Scott did the install and were great to deal with! Couldn’t have asked for better service!

This is the second time we have had their team out to deal with two different issues. This time was more challenging with water pressure issues. Shawn was wonderful to deal with and really researched what may have been the problem. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again and Shawn and his partner were friendly, easy to talk to, listened to our concerns and very knowledgeable and professional.

I called ProStar as I needed some emergency work done they were able to have a technician get in contact with me right away. Tyrone was very pleasant to deal with he was able to show up within 15-20 minutes after our phone conversation and he did an amazing job fixing the issue he was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient, he even took time check the other pipes and thoroughly explain everything. I highly recommend ProStar and Tyrone for any plumbing services and I will absolutely use them again in the future!!!!
