Nicholas & Sheldon replaced my PloyB and hot water tank and they were great! Professional, friendly, explained what they were doing, what they did, how everything worked, even found a leak I was not aware of. The final set up was very organized and well identified.
Yes you need holes created to get at the plumbing but they did them cleanly and left the drywall pieces for later repair. They don’t repair the holes but they are plumbers not dry wallers.
The whole job took 3 full days (it was a bungalow) but I was left with water at the end of each day so there was minimal impact to my days.
They were not the cheapest quote nor the most expensive but I don’t know what more I could ask for. I firmly believe in you get what you paid for and I feel they were fair and I received value for my dollar.
I would highly recommend this company and will be using them for future needs as well as yearly maintenance.
As a side note, they were amazing with my dogs, they got down to their level and the dogs were very comfortable with them.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Plumbing Paramedics again, and we cannot recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, their customer service was exceptional. When we called, we were greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable representative who took the time to listen to our concerns and promptly scheduled an appointment for a technician to come out.

The technician who arrived at our home was not only punctual but also incredibly professional. He thoroughly assessed the issue, explained everything clearly, and offered us several options for furnace replacement. We appreciated how transparent and honest he was, taking the time to ensure we understood what needed to be done and why.

The work itself was completed quickly, and the quality was outstanding. Our technicians Mark and Kody went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly, even taking extra steps to clean up after the job was finished.

Plumbing and Heating Paramedics have become our go-to company! Their excellent communication, competitive pricing, clear and detailed estimates, timely, fast service, and care and attention to both the plumbing work and the cleanliness of the areas accessed in our home convinced us to leave another company after many years.

All members of the Plumbing and Heating Paramedics team were excellent in their roles. Saffron quickly booked and dispatched a plumber and conveyed the details verbally, and in text form. Ben came the same day to inspect a failing hot water tank and offer options and detailed estimates for replacement. Riley was outstanding in removing and replacing our old 40 gallon tank with a high quality new model with a 10 year warranty, as well as adding a pressure tank and pressure reduction valve to our system. We also appreciate the service program offered by PHP, with yearly tank cleaning and checks of all of our heating and plumbing for future peace of mind.

UPDATE - Another home run!

We have just completed another significant upgrade to our mechanical system with the help of Plumbing Paramedics, a new furnace, and we were once again fully satisfied with their work!

Following a scheduled inspection with Ryan, which is part of our annual service agreement, it was determined that our old furnace was unsafe, with a failing heat exchanger. Ryan was very thorough in examining the components of the old unit, and showed us both physical and photographic evidence to support his conclusions.

After deciding to proceed with a replacement, Aaron, the Estimator, followed -up on the same day. He offered us three furnace options, and price points, and the quote provided clear details, images of the required parts, and a discount due to our service membership. We decided on a York two stage furnace that would be well-suited for our home.

The installation was booked for the following day, and Matt and Josh, the Installers, were punctual and professional. They took time to prepare our home with floor-protecting mats, and walked us through the process of removing the old furnace, and installing the new one. They set about their work, and didn’t mind the occasional check in, to see how the process was going.

Josh is a hard-working apprentice, and it is clear that he is keen to learn the trade. Matt is an excellent teacher and lead technician, as he verbally explained the install, demonstrated the steps, and consistently involved Josh in the process. It is great to see that Plumbing Paramedics value a mentor-apprentice team approach and are developing the next generation of plumbing and heating technicians!

Once again, we are fully satisfied with the service from Plumbing Paramedics, and thank Ryan, Aaron, Matt, and Josh for their roles in delivering a heat source that we can have confidence in.

Called plumbing and heating paramedics because my toilet bowl is broken. They arrived in my house right away! Nicholas the plumber (by the way love his hair 😊) is very presentable and professional looking plumber. He is very efficient and organize. I like how he discuss to me all my plumbing at my house and he really did his job exceedingly! Kudos to Plumbing and Heating Paramedics and surely will get them again for my other needs at my house. Highly recommended!

They are my wife’s go to guys whenever we have problems in our plumbing and heating. This time it’s about a leak that we can’t seem to stop. Kurtis, in particular, took time, patience and effort to find the water valve well-hidden who knows where. It wasn’t easy, but he eventually found and fixed it.  Saffron who takes away my wife’s frustrations every time something breaks is always accommodating. And thanks to Kellen for putting together a great team.

Lesley and Nicholas showed up to replace my aging furnace. They explained what they were doing and answered many questions I had about the furnace as well as where a pressure reducing water regulator could be installed. They did a great job of installing the new furnace and cleaning up. I appreciated their efforts.

Our whole experience with this company was excellent.
Our furnace stopped working early on a Sunday morning. We tried 2 different companies to come for an emergency inspection, one never replied and the other promised to be here at noon. Finally at 3:00 pm we were informed they wouldn’t be able to see us.
We called here and had a quick reply and within 90 minutes we had a technician (Jeff) here. He did a thorough investigation of the problem and advised us we needed a new furnace (ours was the original in the house and had served us well for over 25 years) and we also opted for a new water heater.
The installers Matt and Josh were here the next morning at 9:00 am as expected and did an excellent job. They answered any questions or concerns we had.
Everyone we encountered were informative and personable.
So within 24 hours we had everything done to our satisfaction.
