I've used these guys twice.
1. Installed a tankless hot water tank, they pushed hard and quoted me over and over to replace my old furnace with a high efficiency furnace. Very pushy about it. I asked them to also install a Navien filter to protect the tankless heater and it took them about a month to close that off - they kept forgetting and seemed to avoid doing it. Weird.
2. Called them in a few years later to service my furnace and tankless hot water heater, asked them bring a new filter. They came in and upon just seeing the furnace condemned it and said I needed a new furnace, didn't service it, was very weird. They quoted me a high efficiency furnace again and seemed like an overpriced quote. Didn't bring a filter for the Navien, never heard back from them. They asked by SMS if I was satisfied, I said no, they asked why and I mentioned all that.....they never responded. I paid 400$ for a 30 min judging of my furnace based on age. I never got a report, no recommendations, no pictures, no explanation, just "that's likely leaking CO into your house, I can't touch it, need to replace it". Yay.

I would never use these guys again.

I would 100% recommend Bryce and his team at FURNACE FELLAS. I was clueless who to call and trust. Unfortunately, they were not my first call but from here on out will be the only Plumber and HVAC I Call. They came to my rescue after many quotes of Furnace and AC replacement. Their pricing is reasonable, and best of all affordable. I called Bryce again to fix the tub faucet problem done by local facebook plumber (disaster). Bryce came early morning solved my problem. He's an awesome guy. Highly recommended! You'll never go wrong with him and his company.

I found Bryce via Facebook marketplace. His first visit was professional and on time. I used his services a second time to replace a leaky hot water tank. He was responsive, professional, and was able to replace my hot water tank in no time. I won’t hesitate to use Bryce again in the future and would highly recommend him or his team to anyone that requires HVAC service.

I am very confused at the near perfect reviews. Bryce left not only our home, but several others in Grande Cache in shambles.

We had bought our home in 2016 and it had a new furnace. In 2021, it started making a noise. We called someone else to come; But he wasn’t available. Bryce answered the phone and was able to come service the furnace right away. He said the furnace was done and that we needed a complete new one. We didn’t know any different, so we paid Bryce for a new furnace.

Bryce installed the new unit and got it running. But shortly after we kept running into issues. Mainly that the unit would get hot and kick off. The house couldn’t get to temperature without the furnace over heating. Heat was barely being delivered to other parts of the house. The house was now cold all the time.

We made it to the summer, and thought it should be an easier time of year to get him or his staff to come and fix whatever was going on.

A guy came and cut some holes in our ducts in the basement to alleviate the presumed bottle necking of heat; As a temporary fix I assumed.

My husband was in communication at this time with Bryce to coordinate a time where he could come and fully resolve the issue. Bryce informed us that the furnace isn’t working properly because “he told us in the beginning we needed all new duct work” and that he could come finish the job for another $5000. In fact he said all the houses in grande cache had insufficient duct work. This not only was never mentioned, but we ended up paying a legit person (first person we tried to call before Bryce) $200 to fix this issue. My furnace has been running great for the last year+ since the $200 service call. It had nothing to do with duct work by the way. This person also mentioned that our home was the second worst he has seen in town of Bryce’s work that he’s fixed. He said we were due for a bad house fire any day the way Bryce left the furnace.

So where’s Bryce now? We don’t know because he blocked our phone numbers after arguing that an additional $5000 was foolish.

Now that we’re confident we were scammed, and our safety was jeopardized, we have been left with no choice but to take legal action.

If you’re thinking about hiring Bryce, my advice is don’t risk it.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Furnace Fellas! I am a senior whose furnace recently went out during a cold snap, my son tried to contact several emergency furnace companies to come out to help me. Unfortunately, none of them could come for several days! Then he called Furnace Fellas and Bryce came out to see me within a very short time that evening and diagnosed the problem. He sincerely regretted telling me it was a major fix and it would be more fiscally beneficial to buy a new furnace. We picked one out and he re-arranged some appointments for the next day. True to his word Will, a man with 30 years experience, was at my home promptly the next morning. Will and Dylan worked very hard to install my new furnace and by the afternoon my home was heating up. In this day and age you rarely come across a group of men who are hardworking with integrity and truly wanting to do what’s best for the customer. I can recommend this company, without any reservation, for their services. They will remain my “go to company” for all my heating and plumbing needs. They are AWESOME! Thank you so much!

Our experience with Furnace Fellas was awesome.

Will did our initial assessment of the unit size required, and we trusted his opinion beyond any other company because he sells, installs and services AC units, he was going to make sure we had the right one for our unique house from the start.

Bryce did our install and was great at reassuring us through the whole process, it took a few hours to install and they were courteous with noise as I was working from home. We had a few small drips in our furnace room after installation and Bryce fixed them immediately no questions asked and did follow up testing on our unit to make sure everything was working properly.

A great experience and we could not be more happy to have AC installed and warranty with Furnace Fellas.

Bryce’s crew travelled a long way to replace our ailing furnace. They arrived on time, were very well prepared and took all necessary precautions to ensure a safe and clean workspace. All of their preparation work allowed them to quickly take out our old clunker and install our quiet, efficient new furnace. We were without heat for approximately one hour. The guys were very professional, personable and politely answered all questions. When they left the place was spotless. We highly recommend Bryce and/or his employees to take care of your furnace needs. Not the first time we counted on Bryce. He previously fixed our natural gas fireplace. Once again, great price and great work.
