I've had nothing but horrible interactions with the staff at BMP the last three years. My apartment often uses them for heating and plumbing issues, but they've consistently avoided fixing the actual issues so they can be called continuously to come out and fix simple things like letting air out of the pipes just to charge more money for emergency situations. When they refuse to come out, we have to call other companies, and they have told me all the same thing - that there is a single issue that needs to be fixes, but BMP wont recommend it because it will mean fixing our pipes and give them less work in the long run.

Even today, I'm having heating issues in my apartment and let my building managers know. They called BMP, and BMP called me. I
missed the phone call and called back immediately. Trish answered and was rude and snarky the entire call. She said if i didn't know who called, she couldn't help me. I said i could give her my name and building and she said "there's too many people that work here, that wont help."

After I gave up and hung up, I saw there was a voicemail left, and it was from this Trish. If she would have just let me tell her my name, she would have known exactly the issue, but decided to be rude and snarky instead for god knows why.

I am honestly tired of the constant disrespect and laziness from BMP, and will be recommending my building stop using BMP from now on.

My experience with BMP has been great. Their service manager Brandon truly cares about their client. Sometimes i would text him in the evening to discuss an upcoming project, and he will still respond in a timely manner. unlike many plumbing companies out there, they simply show face and wants in and out as soon as possible. Brandon actually takes the time, reviewing the site, drawings, not afraid getting his pants dirty, climbing into awkward spaces, and a true problem solver.
i want also give credit to one of their plumber Johnston, his a five star. i have worked in building operations for over 10 years, and probably met over 70 plumbers, Johnston is definitely my top five. his accountable, and very sophisticated. he takes over leadership and will make sure the job is done to satisfaction.

i would definitely give BMP a try!

I just had Daniel from BMP at my place to fix a leaky pipe. It was a difficult one to get to. He was courteous and pretty efficient to. Oh and he was friendly. He did a great job. 👍 🙂

We highly recommend BMP Mechanical! Project completed on time, and as per our request. Ryan was on site working on a plumbing installation project, and took time out of his scope of work to help us troubleshoot and assist repairing 2 lines that had suffered critical failures. A+++

BMP came yesterday to fix my bathtub tap. I am very happy that it is fixed now.! Cant wait to have a nice long hot bubble bath this weekend!😄👍 I meet with Kyle who was doing the work , and I found Kyle to be very nice, friendly and kind, and professional , he took the time to explain a few things. He was very helpful. He is one of the nicest contractors that I had met. The reception lady Chantel is truely awesome! She is friendly , caring and professional. She was truely a big help to me, and always kept me updated. A Big Thank You to Chantel for helping me.🙂👍

I had BMP come out and fix my furnace last weekend and they offered the best service I've experienced. They were thoughtful and didn't try to upsell me like all the other heating companies I have dealt with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
