I believe I just met the savant of furnaces: Jae Hyun Kim. I have never been more impressed by a technician’s commitment to detail and thoroughness.

I have been intermittent issues with furnace after getting inducer motor replaced last fall. The company that installed it said I just need to replace the furnace.

Jae Hyun did an extremely thorough investigation and pointed out that not only did I not need a new furnace, but the inducer motor wasn’t installed properly. The other company man said there was rust near the heat exchanger and that it was too much of a pain to inspect it, so he was confident that I should get it replaced. Gave me a quote for $7200 furnace and walked away.

Jae Hyun just drilled a couple of holes quickly , pulled out his nifty camera, and clearly confirm that the HE was totally fine. Looked like the day they installed it. He said that the low pressure switch was out of spec slightly but in no way did he pressure me to get it replaced. I had to pressure him to give me a quote, just in case I wanted to replace that part in the future!

All in all, super impressed with the professionalism, thoroughness and attention to detail. It’s not often I get impressed by hvac work, but I was extremely impressed and pleased. He also became friends with my cat.

Rob and Adi arrived per the scheduled appointment and got to work immediately. They were both friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable.

Rob took the time to explain each of the service items included in the 30-point inspection and maintenance activity and showed me the results of each test—whether the test results were in-spec or not. Rob also took the extra time to answer a few questions that I had about our humidifier and provided me with some valuable advice.

Both gentlemen were thorough, ensuring that our furnace was running properly after the maintenance and that everything was cleaned up and put back in place before leaving.

My only concern was that I had to follow up with Sari-Ann in the office to obtain the Detailed Receipt, Inspection Report, and confirmation of the Gold Maintenance Plan I purchased.

Sari-Ann was very helpful—she is a true asset to your organization, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and outstanding customer service skills.

We received excellent service on a furnace installation and my Bro in law an electrical engineer suggested we added humification and that was installed at the same time. Taking only 8 hrs for the completed installation It makes a huge difference in this dry climate.
It is well marked and accessible where to change the furnace filter. We are very pleased.

Vanessa (with apprentice Tony) arrived on time and provided excellent service. Good communication, professional and very knowledgeable in detailing the service to be provided. Presented a good case for an upgrade by adding a surge protector to protect the new high efficiency furnace board and electronic components. Very impressed.

Vanessa was amazing in providing technical support in fixing my furnace. She came on time and was highly experienced in diagnosing the problem and also fixed it on the spot and on time with parts readily available. The furnace was back and running better than it was. She went beyond in providing maintenance tips in getting the system to work more efficiently. Vanessa has keen penetrating technical skills and good customer satisfaction drive. She absolutely love the job which she demonstrated with her interaction in explaining the problem and best fit solutions. This I think will put her above her peers. Arpi's just installed a Gradient furnace/water heater combo unit. It's an amazing product, and the Apri's team including John and Clinton were incredibly helpful and professional guiding our decision through to the final installation touches.

Technicians were great! Unfortunately, admin/ billing was terrible... Last year, a technician was sent to help us with our water boiler issue... got charged extra few hundred dollars for him to sit in our living room waiting for help on the phone. I followed up with the manager, never heard back him... We paid $220 per hour for someone to come fix our boiler, not someone to wait on the phone for 2 hours to get help on the phone to fix our boiler issue. So we're supposed to pay over $1K if he was put on hold for 5 hours? This was non sense...

Two weeks ago, a technician came for maintenance. He was great! When he was done he said everything was covered under our premium package, no extra charge. We got a Work Order record with no charge on the same day. However, a week later, we got a $800 bill for a part replacement that was never mentioned. I followed up, and again heard nothing back.

Extremely disappointed. Will for sure find another company as soon as our package is over.

We got our furnace replaced last August. Craig came over. Looked over our whole house pointed out some changes they would make to make sure our outdoor air vents are up to code, at no charge. Actually recommended a model one step down from what we were considering and we've had absolutely no complaints with it whatsoever with our 2200 square foot house. Just under $6,000; it was the best deal week we found anywhere and I can tell you it has been a godsend this winter. Highly recommend.
