Furnace and water heater renewal, January 2025:
We wanted to replace our 1987 furnaces (two). We had 3 quotes, with Advanpro clearly in the middle. Kai provided a very detailed and reasonable quote with 3 different options, and he explained the different alternatives very well, including the potential problems with our old water heaters (chimney liners). Matt and Alex came as agreed and had everything built in within two days, furnaces working after the first day. They delivered an outstanding job, and it is evident that they are true masters in their profession. Matt was confronted with several problems, including the chimney liner not working, always staying calm and finding a good solution. At the end we decided to renew also the water heater. Kai and the team came up with a very good offer, and Matt and Alex had everything installed the next day. Truly amazing job! Full satisfaction on our side, I can only report the best, perfect. I highly recommend this company for furnace and water heater renewal/installation.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a week. We had a furnace and duct cleaning and had the pleasure of dealing with Pat and Todd. They were very professional, efficient and pleasant. They went out of their way to provide an in-depth explanation of the service and provided recommendations about our furnace, the filter, and also brought operational furnace issues (the make and model) to my attention.

Post service our air quality, air flow and the dust has significantly improved. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

The amount of stuff left in our vents from renovation was unacceptable but the furnace cleaners removed everything. Will definitely be using this company going forward.
