Justin and team is amazing! The quoting process was very smooth, he was able to do everything over email. I quoted with 5 vendors and he gave me the most competitive price.

He was super patient and fast in answering every question and work with me for the Greener Homes Grant. Justin was also extremely accommodating to my somewhat strange schedule request.

The install was super fast — they were in and out in 3.5 hours even though it was muddy and rainy. Everything was tested and performance was as expected. Justin was also very friendly and an awesome guy to talk to.

I can’t say enough good things about Lendrix HVAC. I’ve sent 2 friends to them, I’d book early if you want solid work done by awesome people at a great price.

When Justin came by originally to give us a quote for replacing our dead furnace and soon to be dead A/C he was super friendly and down to earth, but very professional. We waited two full months to book the service and they honoured the original quote (the other, much larger company that we got a quote from threatened that if we didn’t book ASAP, prices would go up significantly). The pricing was incredibly competitive (more than $3000 less than the large company) and Justin and Ryan had both units installed in less than 6 hours (where as the larger company told us they’d need 2 full days for the install). Krystle was super lovely to chat to when booking our services too!

Lendrix was great to work with from the first call through installation of our new air conditioning system. They answered all of my many questions prior to installation, in a timely manner even though they were clearly very busy with other customers.

They arrived on time on day of install and they worked quickly and were clean and tidy while working in my home. When complete they explained my new system to me and how it works and how to care for it and get the most out of it.
