Williams gave us a quote and promised next day install - not bad during a heat wave. Over night Williams had a truck stolen. Rather than cancel, they loaded up a rental truck from Enterprise, showed up the next morning and did the job as promised. Gotta hand it to these guys, nothing slows them down. Neat install, decent price and we have a nice cool place for Stampede. Thanks Williams! Obviously your experience may be different but I'm an actual Williams customer and this is an honest review. Before you pick that OTHER HVAC company (the one that doesn't service Cochrane because it's 20 min out of town) - you know, the one with hundreds of glowing 5 star reviews that all sound weirdly the same - do yourself a favor and click on the reviewer. Lots of fake 1 post wonders. I'm glad Williams doesn't play games with fake reviews.

I am so happy with the service we received from Williams Home Comfort. They responded to my quote request right away, and they were extremely competitive in pricing. Communication was clear and transparent. Installation of a new furnace and A/C was fast, and the work was executed beyond our expectations. They left their work area cleaner than they started. I bought an air conditioner and humidifier, and I am very happy with my choice of Williams Home Comfort.

Chris gave us a couple quotes for different models. He was thorough when he was looking at my furnace, electrical panel, and install locations. He seemed very knowledgeable and confident about which models would work best for my home. Chris was on time to the appointment and sent us the quotes by email quickly. Booking was fast and easy.

Brandon did the installation for the air conditioner and humidifier. He showed up on time. He was nice and professional. He laid down fabric to protect my floors, and cleaned up the work site well when he was done. At the end of the install, he walked me through how to protect the ac and set up the humidifier through the winter.

I spoke with Stephanie, the office manager, a couple times over the phone. She was always helpful, polite and professional.

One of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with. Chris was excellent and extremely quick to come out to give us a quote and next day our new furnace was installed by Josh and his colleague who were extremely polite, clean, and just a pleasure to deal with. We are super pleased that we decided to go with Williams home comfort. Chris was our sales rep. He was very friendly and gave us a couple of brands to choose from. Once he left, I research the furnace we decided to go with, the Diakin modulating furnace, and he was quick to respond to all my questions and concerns. Josh and Tony were the ones who did our install. I loved meeting them. Super friendly and respectful. Before getting started with the install, they went through the quote and explained everything they would be doing. Once they completed the install, they did a walk-through with us explained how everything works, from the furnace to the humidifier and thermostat. We had quite a few quotes done, and it came down to two companies. What sold us was that Chris made us feel like he cared about our business.

Williams Home Comfort was able to come out right away and see what was wrong with our furnace. Jake was very professional and was very educated. He was able to give us all our options. When we decided to replace the furnace Josh was at our home first thing the next morning for the replacement. Him and his apprentice were professional and friendly. They went above and beyond cleaning up all the components around our new furnace to make our furnace room look crisp and clean. Hard working and friendly guys. Five stars for the awesome job!
