Never ever go Vapor! They only look for money instead of providing good service. I had hot water problems in the kitchen and wash room, and wanted to replace the heater with a new one. I paid almost $5,000, they just replaced the heater, left the kitchen and wash room problems unfixed, I had to fix them myself. It seems they solve the easiest problems with highest price.

Two visits to fix what was thought to be a plugged drain pipe and no results except a $1600 invoice
Another plumber came and found that in fact the drain pipe was parted and replaced it back to working order for $900

My furnace stopped working and I called Vapor to come look at it. It was a while later when Randy phoned. Told him my problem and he said he will come out. He found the problem right away and got the parts and had it fixed in no time. Mike has a top notch staff that I highly recommend.
