A sewer line issue presented itself in our home and I couldn't be more grateful for the recommendation of Jeremy and his Thuro team. The work was arduous and I have never seen a crew work like theirs did to get my home back to working order. Not only this, the crew (every single one of them! We used Thuro in 2023 for some projects around our home following a renovation. The guys sent to complete the work for us were incredibly kind and friendly and went above and beyond.
We contacted them again recently to install a new toilet. I was so appreciative that Thuro provided a quote up front rather than what seems to be the norm now where companies send someone to your house for a fee and quote you on the spot, leaving you feeling pressured to go ahead with the work or lose out on the fee. We have an old house with a complicated boiler system. After several very negative experiences with other companies, we were referred to Thuro by an insurance adjuster for an emergency winter repair several years ago. They were beyond amazing - so knowledgeable and creative in their solutions and reasonable in their prices. Since that time, we have had other issues crop up with our system, and they are now the only company we will deal with. From Nicole in the office, to Jeremy and Jeff - everyone at Thuro we have dealt with has gone above and beyond every time. We so appreciate their service and would give them more than 5 stars if we could.

This company was recommended to me from my condo management company. I called expecting an appointment in a couple weeks but was the very next day!
Nicole was amazing and super friendly. Jeff came out and gave an honest opinion and had both toilets replaced in no time at all. Excellent service all the way around. Highly recommend this group. Will definitely use them again.

Stay away from this company. We had such a horrible experience with them. We had a flood in our basement which leaked into our furnaces. While getting the furnace replaced from insurance, we decided to add ac units. Worst mistakes of our lives. As it turned into a night mare. AC units were not installed properly, they were leaking water and constantly freezing. Jeremy was unprofessional to deal with. We had to get someone else to fix our “brand new” ac.

I would not recommend this company. They were called by my insurance company to discover and stop the cause of a leak. They came in, removed the main toilet, put it in my front hall, and charged almost $450 for this. Then a month later when they were authorized by the insurance company to put the toilet back, it was quickly discovered that no one fixed the toilet the first time around (when we paid $450) so more water sprayed into my basement. Oh and I called a different plumber for the same toilet a week after they reinstalled it, I wouldn’t trust them to come back. The negative attitude of their head office caused more distress when I asked for clarification and perhaps some understanding that this was an unexpected financial hit, 3 weeks from Christmas. Bad attitude, bad workmanship.
