I have been going to SOS Computer Services Calgary over the last 10 years on many occasions. They take care all my computer needs, whether is virus removal or computer repair. Joel takes the time to address and explain to me about all my concerns. William taken all the technical works. Great job to both of you. I definitely recommend to use SOS Computer Services as they are reliable and knowledgeable professionals.

Mike is very knowledgeable at his craft. I just told him what my problem is with my computer and he knew exactly what the fix would be. He took my computer to his shop and it worked like fresh out of the box days after. It was like 2020 again!(COVID excluded of course)😁

Had an issue with our home computer as it froze and couldn't get it to respond from a blank screen. I took it into SOS and they knew exactly what the problem was and solved it right away. Incredibly friendly staff, and helped me understand the problem.

I took my computer to SOS to have the ram increased and to have a new hard drive installed. Everything was done within the estimated time and at the price I was quoted. I recommend SOS to anyone who needs repairs or an upgrade. The owner Mike Chartrand cares about his customers and his staff answered all my questions honestly.

WOW! Called in the morning @ 9:35 - explained my situation with running 2 companies from my PC (can't have down time) They explained (VERY nicely) the cost and turn around for a RUSH job (Rush with most companies is 2-3 days) I quickly went over and dropped off the PC at around 10:30ish. At 12.15 PM I rec'd a call and BAM! it was ready! They are a an absolute pleasure to deal with and well priced! We have been there on 4 occasions and EVERY TIME excellent service! TRUST ME go there!!!!!!!

04 sept. 2019.My recent experience with this company left me more that a little frustrated. When I first inquired with SOS to resolve the issues I had been having with my computer I first asked Mike why should I take my computer to his company and not Best Buy and his answers to me reassured me that taking the computer to him was my best choice.

If you are a senior and some but not a great deal of computer knowledge be sure you understand exactly the work they will doing especially if they recommend that you replace the hard drive which I did. The computer was returned with my 2 most important apps missing - word and excel- I did not know what to do, fortunately our son is computer expert and was able to immediately inform me of the problem, he quickly reinstalled word and excel but it was a very much newer version than I had been using since 2008. The new version 2016 put me on a new curve difficult but not impossible, still a learning curve. The owner MIKE was not helpful and when I informed him that my son had resolved the issues with my computer apps he just said "well I guess that resolves the issue" end of conversation. barry Mccaughey

Wow... these guys are very good at their IT works. Am mostly amazed by them going an extra mile doing repairs & servicing to my computer far beyond what i asked for, yet they didn't charge me any extra. Long-live SOS Computer Services.

AVOID. These guys are scammers. They charged me $300 for a laptop fix that costed me $75 at another retailer and then when the laptop had the same issue, I realized they wrongly diagnosed the issue. They also installed Windows 10 Home on a laptop that originally had Windows 10 Pro on it, without telling me--that's how cheap they are. I cannot say enough how dissatisfied I was with their service. When I called to tell them what had happened, they didn't even want to help fix my laptop for the mess they made after wrongly servicing the laptop and charging me $300 for it.
