I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your store. I purchased an Acer notebook f and after only three and a half months, it stopped working.

When I visited your store, the representative's response was dismissive, stating that "sometimes it happens" and offering a repair for an additional $30. Furthermore, while I was there, another customer came in with a similar complaint about her laptop failing after eight months.

This level of customer service is unacceptable. It is unreasonable to expect customers to pay for repairs on a product that failed so soon after purchase, especially when it appears to be a recurring issue. I will not recommend Smarttech solutions to anyone and advise others to invest in a product with a proper warranty.

I asked for earpods 4 gen with noise cancellation but they had given me without noise cancellation with the same price and told me that they are with noise cancellation but actually they dont would recommend everyone not to buy earpods specially from them

I had a terrible experience with this electronic store. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy A7 Lite, but when I opened the box, I found a cheap Samsung Galaxy A 8.0 tablet instead, they did not borther hiding it. The charger that came with it was also dirty and unsanitary. I felt deceived and disappointed with the product I received, and I strongly advise others to avoid shopping at this store. Their false advertising and fraudulent practices are completely unethical and unacceptable. I recommend reporting them to the authorities to ensure they are held accountable for their actions. Overall, I would not recommend this store to anyone.
