Could not recommend them enough! Marty and his wife have done an unreal job of giving my jacket some new life! Marty was super friendly and responsive when arranging it all.

They went way above and beyond, picked it up from my doorstep, got it cleaned, stitched in 4 places, DWT treated all within just over 24 hours and repaired one of my zippers for me free of charge.

The coat went from looking like it needed to be thrown away to looking like a brand new jacket, and the price was extremely reasonable.

I had the utmost pleasure of dealing with Marty for my October wedding. I gave lots of advance notice (almost a year!) to have my satin wedding gown steamed the day before the wedding, and he not only remembered the date, but remembered the small details we discussed so long ago. He was so easy to deal with, polite, friendly, and accommodating. Their location was easy to get to, so clean, organized and smelled very sanitary which made me trust dropping it off. He gave me options I didn’t know I had (scent or no scent)! My dress was hand delivered right to my hotel room door in Canmore at the exact time he said he would (which was perfect because we were heading to a dinner). He told me everything they did and why. My dress was STUNNING. Such a great job was done with my dress, they took such care in the small details. My dress had a noticeable difference. He was so careful and went above and beyond- Even leaving me a steamer at for no cost for touch ups before the ceremony. I felt the price was ABSOLUTELY more than fair for what you receive. You just don’t see this kind of customer service anymore, anywhere.

Excellent Service for Cleaning My Feather Duvet!
I recently had my feather duvet cleaned at Rocky Mountain Technical Care, and I am absolutely impressed with the service! From start to finish, the process was seamless and professional.
Sarah and Marty were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the best way to care for my duvet. When I picked it up, my duvet was not only fresh and clean but also fluffed up beautifully, with no damage or loss of feathers.
The turnaround time was quick, and the pricing was very reasonable for such high-quality service. I will definitely be coming back for all my future dry-cleaning needs and highly recommend Rocky Mountain Technical Care to anyone looking to get their items cleaned with precision and care.

I flew in with a Taffeta dress for my son’s wedding and it was a wrinkled mess. Rocky Mountain picked up my dress and returned it the next day all pressed and ready to go. They even offered a portable steamer in case I needed it for the wedding day. If I lived in or near Canmore I would definitely use them all the time!

I am blown away by the service that is offered by Sarah and Marty. I brought a pair of ski pants to them that were in rough condition to say the least. When i received my item back they had transformed from derelict to divine. For the cost of one step of the technical wash process R.M.T.W will have your gear looking like new. I will 100% be using their services again! I really wish i had a before photo but i have attached an after photo. thanks again!!

Marty was incredibly nice and accommodating throughout the entire process. After our rainy hiking elopement, he cleaned our dress and suit to perfection, making them look brand new again. We were amazed that he completed the job in under two days, right before our flight. His state-of-the-art equipment and expert care were evident, and he took the time to explain the cleaning process and machinery. Marty’s communication was top-notch throughout, and he even arranged for pick-up and drop-off, collecting our clothes once we got to our hotel. Thanks to Marty, we didn’t have to worry about traveling with soiled garments. He truly stood out as one of the kindest vendors we encountered, and we were incredibly grateful to have found him. We only wish we had someone like him in our area!

I was looking for a place to take care of my puffer jacket. I got a recommendation for RMTC and I have to say I am really impressed. Marty and Sarah are not just a very nice couple, but they are real professionals in this business! They took care of the jacket more than properly, basically gave it a new life. Great cleaning, proper and vigorous DWR care and the jacket is puffy and shines like new one again. I believe they offer now adding more down to your gear which is just awesome. If you are not sure about how to take care of your gear at home, you will make no mistake of using their services instead of damaging your expensive gear. You would probably not be able to clean it and take care of it properly as they do anyway. Save your money and enviroment and just drop it at their place instead of buying a new one.
