I highly recommend Chris! My furnace quit the morning of December 24 and I called shortly after 5:30 am and Chris was there half an hour later. He had to go to the city for an igniter and was able to get my furnace back and running by 9 am. Chris advised the motor on my 24 year old Lennox furnace also needed to be replaced which he had to order parts and he got that fixed quickly once the parts came in. Chris was highly professional, knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. Will definitely use RMK again!

This is the second time I have used Chris from RMK Mechanical both times were from my furnaces stopped working. He came to fix them almost immediately which is hard to find. Chris was very professional when our furnace stopped working late in the evening. Woke up to no heat, After some back and forth texting with Chris he figured out it was a bad thermostat. Came and replaced the parts and cleaned both our furnaces and we are warm and happy. no scams, no up sales, just excellent honest workmanship.

After 12 years on a well, it was time to replace the hot water tank, Lee and Chris quickly and professionally replace my old tank. No corners cut, no questions on the quality of workmanship. They are the Best.

Had a great experience with my Trane XR14 air conditioner installation with RMK.

Eric the electrician came a few weeks before the installation of the AC and his work running the electrical was very fast and neat. He was in and out within 45 minutes!

Once it was time to install the unit, Chris and Lee showed up exactly on time. Both of the guys took great care in how the final end product looks and functions. They ran the electrical conduit nicely on the outside of the house, and the refrigerant lines in the basement leading to the furnace definitely look like they were the work of professionals.

As they wrapped up the installation, Chris and Lee went over the basics of keeping up on the maintenance of the air conditioner and tips on operation during the summer months.

Very much enjoyed the experience with RMK from start to finish and would not hesitate to recommend their services.
