Couldn’t have had a better experience! Daniel didn’t give up on our older printer and made it work. I didn’t have any hope for it and thought I would have to purchase a new one. Very professional. Very thorough and the best thing is he spoke to me with words that I could understand as technology is way over my head. I can’t recommend him enough.
