We own and operate two (smaller) businesses and needed some assistance with our IT. We primarily utilize Apple products, but wanted to hire someone that also possessed experience with Microsoft. We were also looking for a company that didn't mind working with a smaller business, as we found that most IT companies are ONLY interested in bigger accounts. Josh looks after our ENTIRE set of IT requirements which includes a Mac Network, a Dell PC Network, a remote Synology backup service, a Unix Server, our network VPN and all of our hardware devices and peripherals including remotely managing all of our iPhones and iPads through Apple's DEP program. A few weeks ago our business computer would not load and showed a blank screen upon turning on our computer. We contacted Pure Itek to see if it was something they would consider looking at. Much to my surprise they were able to look at it the same day and fix the issue with the programing. Not only did they get us out of a huge bind because it had been months of not backing up our files, but they cleaned up our operating system as well. Our computer has not worked this efficient ever!! I have an iMac dinosaur that up and decided to quit. Very strange symptoms. I texted Josh and he suggested a few tricks to see if we could breath some life back into it but in the end, it's done.
