Proclaim was assigned to restore my condo following some water damage. The level of unprofessionalism is impressive. Near zero communication for months at a time, poor project management, scheduling, and most significantly horrible craftsmanship.

If you want your project done in a reasonable timeframe with professional quality work, find another contractor.

ProClaim did an excellent job, on house maintenance including painting, flooring and plumbing repairs. They were on time and within their budget. The estimating process produced a detailed estimate that covered the work needed.

Lazy and useless. They left a window in my basement open without a screen, and let mice in. We haven't had mice in this house ever, its almost 40 yrs old. Got paint all over my floors, counters, etc. Broke several of my blind openers, and didn't mention anything. Hired to remove mould. DID NOT REMOVE ALL MOULD. 2 months to do 4 days worth of work. Charged full price and basement still stinks and is causing me to have an allergic reaction. These people are clowns, do not give them your money.

They have the same few people giving 5 star reviews on multiple platforms. They are fake.
