I recently had been referred to PlanetCom I.T. for my computer issues, running extremely slow and not charging properly. Dealing with Barry who was very helpful, explaining what PlanetCom could check to see if the laptop was worth spending money for the repair. I am pleased to say with Barry's persistence in finding the issues and recommending solutions my computer is now running better than it ever has after five years of continued use. I would highly recommend PlanetCom I.T. if anyone is having computer issues, very professional and the labour & parts fairly priced completing the repair as per their quote. Job well done.

PlanetCom is excellent! We were desperately in need of a local IT company that was reasonably priced, quick to respond, and knowledgeable. Rob came to our rescue and solved two of our computer issues that we were struggling with for quite some time. Within 15 minutes of my initial call, Rob showed up on site.
