This business is primarily a design and printing store and has been around for a while. The reason the owner added on 'computer repair' is because his son is going to school and taking some classes. But they know next to nothing about repairing computers! I told them the problem I was having with my laptop was hardware, but they insisted on first, wiping my computer, then taking out the 1 TB hard-drive (1000 GB) and replacing it with 150 GB! Then they put windows 10 on the computer to impress me (for free! and left their hacking tools behind) but I still had same problem. (Because, as i said, it was hardware, probably the adapter). I could go on about their ineptitude but no wants to read a long review.

The other stuff they do in the store is probably just fine. But do not take your computer to them. Also, do not trust unspecific reviews. (They have a large family.)

Service and price were very good, however one thing that bothered me was the fact that 2 customers came into the store at different times and while I was being waited on just took over the managers attention and described their problems. It seems that they don't want to be bothered waiting their turn.
Personally I think customers like that need to learn some manners.

I spent a day here doing some work for this company and I have to share how impressed I was by the owners friendliness and professionalism. If you want to deal with someone who is fair, honest and truly cares then you should be dealing with Stardip.

A Laptop Shop services was good the staff friendly, honest
