He stole my sons iPad turned off his phone and had a Facebook post that all his stuff got stolen.

Hasn’t reached out to me.

$800 iPad . After a month and a half of lies & saying he lost parts and even had the nerve to tell me he got the parts & it would be ready over two weeks ago.

Todd do the right thing and contact me back.

So A little background, I am a photographer, I shoot about 5 sessions/week average. During the busiest time of year I had the unthinkable happen, my external hard drive malfunctioned. Data was missing. Important data. 25 regular sessions and 3 of those were weddings. I went into a complete nervous breakdown as you can imagine my distress of possibly losing those once in a lifetime moments. I started frantically searching for solutions when I found Todd. His after hours availability was key here. I drove at 11pm at night to drop off my external hardrive, In just over 2 weeks he was able to recover 1.7TB and every single image that I thought was lost in original NEF format (this is Nikons Raw)
So he did his job (exceptionally well)

Now this is where he went above and beyond. He not only answered 80% of my daily (sometimes twice a day) calls, texts, pleading for updates (he even took time to update me over thanksgiving weekend)
He sent me texts of the updates with explanations of the process. This is what I really appreciated because I could keep my clients informed and updated as well. It made it easier to navigate a very tense situation with grace.
Todd even offered to deliver the drive to me (I live an hour away)

I was just taken aback by the wonderful customer service. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does and I will be returning and referring him to my fellow photographers in the future for any tech needs!

!BUYER BEWARE! Commissioned him to fix my daughters Nintendo Switch. All it needed was the charging port replaced and he said it would be an hour-two hour job. Got a text later that evening saying he had other projects delaying him and he would have it ready the following evening. The day after he said it would take a little longer and would have it finished the following morning. The next day I get a reply text saying he might need to replace my system due to his mess up. If you can’t do a simple parts change, don’t call yourself an electronics repairmen. He earned that second star because he was honest and told me he broke it further. EDIT! Last update was made the first week of December it is now Dec 23. He’s not replying to texts or answering calls. I paid him $70 for a relatively simple fix and he affectively destroyed the console. I would not recommend this person to anyone. Unprofessional and unreliable. Falsely advertising himself as an electronics repair when he’s obviously incompetent and a scam.

He was able to replace everything in a very timely manner
