Although I was not personally serviced by OneContact, I have had the opportunity to closely witness their work on more than one occasion. I have been lucky to witness OneContact's technicians in action. I can firmly say that they are the most reliable and knowledgeable property maintenance company in Calgary. In one instance, they repaired a major hole in the wall and recaulked kitchen countertops. The home inspection summary report from their home maintenance program is thoroughly outlined and detailed. My family and I are moving soon, and we needed some things done on the house before selling it. I found OneContact and saw that they have their new light plumbing services, so I decided to let them know about some plumbing problems that I wanted fixed. They were very friendly, respectful and quoted me an affordable price for the job. When the technician came to my house he was professional and mindful of the fact that he is in someone else’s home. There were no complications throughout the whole process, and I am pleased with OneContacts service. I heard they are launching their full Home Services sector and I will definitely call them if I ever need help in my new house!

Every time visit was booked at conveniently for us day and time.
Technician came in time and did excellent work. The most wonderful thing- owner doesn't have to clean up behind plumber! Absolutely reasonable price and great manners. Highly recommend.

It seems in today's world there are only two levels of contractors - Kijiji quality and Professional Grade - OneContact is definitely Professional Grade. The commitment to customer needs and workmanship stands out - and I will never go looking for contractor help on Kijiji again, wondering if the person will actually show up, or even has the skill they said they have. Mauricio and his team took care of the work at our office, showed up on time and made sure we were completely satisfied before they left.
