Recently, I had an issue with my phone camera—it wasn’t working properly, and taking pictures often resulted in a strange pink background. After some research, I decided to take it to One bite technology , and I’m glad I did.
They offered me a great deal on the price for the repair(compared to the IPhone service) The wait for parts was less than a week, which was faster than I expected.
Dropping off my phone was super convenient—I gave it to them before work and picked it up afterward.
When I got my phone back, the pink background issue was resolved. I was so relieved that I forgot to check everything else on the spot. Later at home, I noticed the camera wasn’t focusing properly. I went back to the repair shop, and they handled it professionally. They immediately ordered a replacement part to fix the issue.
Overall, I appreciate their quick turnaround, good communication, and willingness to ensure the repair was done right. Mistakes happen, but it’s how they’re handled that matters, and One bite technology did a great job.

Shaun and Ethan were great. They managed to fix all the issues my HP computer developed after using Norton Driver Updater. Shaun explained everything they did and even took the time to make sure my mouse could connect via Bluetooth (it had stopped connecting when the issues started surfacing on my computer).
I would highly recommend this computer repair shop.

I'm glad to support local when I can.
I brought my girlfriend's laptop here when it refused to start up one day. We were hoping to get it back quickly, but unfortunately... the work cue was massive! If you can afford the rush service and need your device quickly, then I'd suggest paying the little extra to bump your item to the top of the cue.
Once our device hopped to the top of the cue, the issue was isolated and it was back in our possession in a couple of days. In my opinion, the fact that they have a vast cue speaks to the in-demand, friendly service from the knowledgable staff that didn't mind answering my questions.
I hope I don't have to see them again soon, but if I do have computer troubles I know that OBT is a reliable stop!

Just got my Asus TUF gaming f17 broken hinge fixed after Best Buy told me to f off. It was cheap and fast. Also bought a Mac air Wich was in perfect condition. Absolutely amazing place. 10/10
