Never dealt with Oliver Plumbing and heating, got home and notice one of their vehicles in my parking spot.

Oliver plumbing receptionist and dispatch manager Mr. Phillips are amazing and highly professional! I called them today (November 15, 2023) to address an issue in my kitchen, and Mr. Phillips has such integrity that he told me the truth re trying to problem shoot the matter myself instead of calling them out for something they may not see - as it is an anomaly. Such level of character and integrity is rare in any industry. One can't place a price on integrity! They will now be my go to, as well word of mouth reference to anyone in the business community or professional and personal contacts because of this interaction. Amazing level of character and integrity Mr. Phillips!

Troy was very professional. He arrived on time. He diagnosed our hot water tank first before writing it off. We were given the option to shop around for a new hot water tank or buy it from them. We also had our laundry room taps changed and our toilet checked. Troy cleaned up after himself when he was done his work. We were charged a very reasonable cost.

Great experience with Brad - had him come over a few separate times to work out what I needed for installing new taps for my shower. He was always on time, easy to get a hold of and also made himself available to answer questions when I had them. I also had an uncomfortable experience with the contractor that was doing my tile (I'm a single woman and I live alone), so when Brad came in to install the taps he made sure I was okay / didn't need any help dealing with it. Definitely a business I would trust again and good people.

I have had the opportunity to use the services of Oliver Plumbing and Heating twice now. On both occasions Brad was able to come out quickly. Brad and his work were great! He assessed the situations quickly , gave options for solutions, completed the work quickly and cleanly. I am very happy with all of the work that was done! It was a pleasure using this company I will not hesitate to call on them again in the future. Thank You Brad!
