My review has been deleted and please don't AGAIN. I had someone over from this comoany to fix my zone valve. However, the plumber did not close the water valve and tried to replace it. The chemical water with pressure bursted up and ruined my property. My family is moving to a hotel to air bnb now. Why do we have to go through all this...

We began a contract with Nordic a little over a year ago at Terwillegar Community Church. From the first day we met, they have been responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. As a church, we often have difficulty getting companies in for "small jobs" and Nordic has resolved that completely. They manage our regular HVAC maintenance but I have also used their team for plumbing, rough-in for and installation of washer/dryer, and other building maintenance. The technicians assigned to our site are kind, respectful, and work well with all of our employees and the kids present in the preschool and daycare running in our facility. Emergency response times (e.g. hot water tank down during Sunday services) have been within an hour with quick resolution which is a real blessing as a facilities manager.

Nordic handles one of my larger condominium corporations that I manage. They are well versed in not only HVAC, but plumbing, gas fitting and security. Dispatch and turnaround time is excellent and afterhours emergencies are handled quickly and with tact to the residents if they are affected.

Unrelated to installations, but, I was in the Tim Horton's drive through on 61 Ave & 50th Street. I was about to pay for my items and the cashier told me the person behind me was going to pay for it. I was a little shocked, and I hung my head out my window and seen that it was a very pleasant man driving a Nordic vehicle. Thanks again.

Nordic Mechanical has been servicing our Veterinary Practice facility for the better part of 3 years now. We will most certainly be continuing with their services. The ongoing HVAC maintenance keeps things in great working order so we don't have to concern ourselves with the stresses of an extreme hot and cold climate. The technicians are on-point always. If there is an issue they have a level of urgency that is second to none. I would highly recommend their services. Thank you Nordic.

For a company with so many good reviews I’m very surprised because they don’t know a damn thing about fixing heat in a condo. I have lived here almost 4 years and haven’t had heat for the last 2 winters. I should say minimal heat as if the sun was shining right and it wasn’t too cold out I could get my heat all the way up to 17 🥶. I personally changed the zone valve and thermostat and no change. I call these guys because they’re in our buildings almost every day. They come in and see the new zone valve and thermostat and say that’s all that can be done from within the suite. So for them to walk in and say everything is good inside and that 17 degree heat was normal, even though my first 2 winters I actually had heat! So obviously not normal. But to top it all off they charged me 167.00 for that. And several of my neighbors are also having the same problem. I recommend anyone else! When you’re on a fixed income and they’re here every other day and they weren’t able to do a damn thing, I find it very shady they can charge almost 200.00 for walking in and saying everything is good but without doing anything or resolving anything. This is shady business practice. You’re better off just sending them your money!

We switched to Nordic to maintain our HVAC systems at our gymnastics club. Their customer service and communication has been excellent. They are willing to work around our class schedule and unique facility layout and we appreciate their attentiveness to our needs. Highly recommend.
