The hotel has very dated interior reminiscent of ghettos 70s, the shower didn’t work and bugs in the bed. |It is inexpensive but not level of cleanliness I would expect. Booked two nights but only stayed for one night. |Only positive is free parking and staff friendly.

A long standing local hotel with deep community roots; the Imperial Inn has been a Cold Lake accommodation for many years. Great and professional service and an absolutely fantastic diner, this central and perfectly located hotel will meet the needs of many travelers. Not having a pool or some of the other amenities of the larger chains, it's what Imperial Inn does right when it comes to conference rooms, customer service and their delicious food is what has loyal customers coming back.

They were great , but now being forced to move out with my little boy , E.S.A . , and being offered a different location " western Budget " for 400.00 more per month because of a " Reno " ? Well , I have learned that they are expecting an influx of Oilfield Workers.. so they are evacuating the building to jack the price !
How's that for Canadian Living .

There deal I was able to get with trip advisor was substantially less the. The advertised price. The price made the entire stay worthwhile. The room was very clean. Everything worked perfectly, thermostat, internet, full size fridge. There is hallway noise and the shower from the adjacent room was also loud. |The staff are very accommodating and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Very good price if you're out here for work. The rooms are fairly older but the beds are still pretty comfy. The tv is very small. Also had a room where the thermostat didn't do a thing, set it at 16 and the temperature still made its way up to 25

Arrived late in the day and needed a place to stay. Although it was a little worrisome to see someone obviously on some sort of drug in the vicinity of the parking lot we decided to go in. The desk clerk was friendly and efficient and we had a room quickly. The room had a small fridge and coffee pot so we knew there could be coffee in the morning. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Lots of hot water for a shower. The door had a security lock which I appreciated because the door had light appearing around it. I felt it could have been a better fit.

I had find memories of staying here (for a 10 day stay) many years ago, but much has changed. This one night stay was lousy as the room was very hot and remarkably noisy with HVAC machine noise. The windows don't open and the beds are lumps of foam on a wooden plinth. Stagnant hot air, while the hallways are a pleasant temperature with ventilation - but compressor and fan noise throughout (basement floor). Very clean, however, and otherwise fine.

My room got broken into while I was out apparently it's easy to do there. My ID bank card and phone got stolen. The staff said they don't care. A friend of mine came to visit and their license plate got stolen once again I asked and they wouldn't care I watched someone hit another vehicle in the parking lot and told them. Once again.
