very poor experience. will not be using them again. asked for help with package we were told could only be shipped 2.5 hrs from destination. Instead of helping resolve this(FALSE) information was told there was nothing they could do once it left their hands, it was up to us. A shoulder shrug is NOT customer service after paying over 60 dollars to ship a package UNDER 10 lbs. wow FAIL

fine but their hours suck. They don't match the hours posted on the door either. Missed an extremely important and time sensitive pickup due to this.

Purolator will no longer be a choice for a cargo carrier for me. I will be notifying all of my suppliers that I will not be ordering anything as long as they refuse to deliver to my house. “All” the other carriers deliver to my door. Their service apparently ends only a few doors down from me. Completely unacceptable. I am 5 km from the pick up location. Some of the items are either too large or too heavy to manage with a compact SUV.

The staff is friendly & helpful. Incoming Purolator packages are hit & miss. If you live in Nelson & find out there’s a Purolator package coming, you must be on high-alert! You best know that, don’t assume it will be at your door like Amazon, WayFair, or in your local mailbox on the street. The package sits. No phone number on the package for Nelson Box Office to call me. As time goes by, only curiosity (and the need for a private investigator) reveal through tracking, it was delivered to Purolator in Castlegar, a half hour away. Must be on its way here I think, so I wait. By the time I realize I better talk to a human at Nelson Box Office, Or Purolator (good luck). The package has been returned. However, the seller of my $200 headphones never gets the package back. So I’m the loser. Similar story again today with another item.

Great Staff but utterly useless and impossible hours. Open after 5 or at weekends so people who work full time can get there stuff. At present your as useful as a chocolate fireguard

Very unhelpful and unfriendly staff, I called to ask a couple questions and all I got was "I have no idea what purolaror is doing, your pack may or may not show up here". Would not recommend calling.
