We’re moving across the country and two of our lug studs broke off. We called Bill’s hoping to get in but they like every other garage were booked solid for days. After unhooking our camper and starting a slow and careful drive into Brooks, expecting our trip to be halted and a lot more complicated, Bill’s called us back with an offer to squeeze us in! They had us back on the road within an hour and we were shocked at the exceptional pricing.

I recently got a quote for a major transmission repair on my GMC suv. Bill's was $1400 less than my other quote. When I picked up the vehicle following the repair they still charged $200 less than their quote. It has been about 3 months and the suv is still running perfectly. This is 5 star service beginning with the very capable business manager at the reception desk to the professional technicians in the shop.

Bill and his mechanical team are excellent! They show great care for the customer & have a great sense of knowledge. After having our vehicles serviced & repaired there I can firmly say that they do what is needed in a timely and very cost effective manner and show fantastic value. In most cases the repaired pricing was lower than the quoted price. I have full trust in him and his team. He goes out of his way to accommodate and repair only what is required. They contact you PRIOR to doing additional repairs unlike many other places. I HIGHLY recommend Bill & his team for any repairs or service on vehicles or RVs.
