I am not a current client of MiksMedia; however, I did have a problem this morning that I could not solve on my own and had called them to see if it was something that they could help me out with.
It turns out that it wasn't, as it was a problem with the company that my website is currently hosted though, but Mac was able to give me some questions to bring back to our host and I was able to get my problem solved right away - and he did this all without charging me!
Mac is easy to talk to, he spoke in a language that I could understand (rather than the lingo used by most computer people I have spoken to), and was really interested in helping me solve my problem even though it didn't really do anything to further his business.
I am so happy with how this transaction unfolded that I am now talking with Mac about having him host my website and am looking in to having him perform other IT related tasks for me as well.
