Rhett helped me build a custom PC as a surprise for my husband. I had done a lot of research to learn about building a PC and what I needed from it. I was very inexperienced and Rhett was able to go over things with me to ensure I understood the pros and cons of each part. Rhett made some great suggestions for the build and now I can honestly say this first PC build is a gamers dream. The PC was built faster than expected and as promised the prices were unbeatable.

I was super excited when Rhett called me back the same week to let me know the PC was ready for pick up. Daniel helped check this beast out and we were well on our way.

During my shopping experience I was also able to observe several other staff members and the management team dealing with busy holiday shoppers that were sometimes less than kind. This is a well run establishment and Memory Express will forever have my business.

An amazing experience!!! The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, the best part is if they didn't have an answer they found not only an answer but the right one while assisting to build my new system and work through any issues that may have arose. There were a couple bumps along the way and they followed up and followed through in all cases achieving my trust and confidence in the process. There was even a follow up a couple weeks afterwards to ensure everything was good. You can not get such customer service inclusive of accountability and communication like this anymore, worth every penny. First time I've gone to Memory Express as I usually just order my parts off Amazon, and I've gotta say it was a great experience.

Rhett helped me out a bunch with changing some parts out on my list for others that were cheaper (almost got an ITX instead of an mATX for this build), but at a similar performance level for my build/needs.

I'll definitely be doing most of my future PC shopping here!

Have been going to MemoryExpress for years for my compute and gaming needs, had a great experience with Rhett purchasing a new pre-built PC and decided it was finally time to leave a review.

Always excellent service from every Calgary location I've been to, Rhett gave a great informed recommendation on a monitor to go with the new rig and after testing a few games I can definitely say he made the right call (was originally planning on going with a 32" curved monitor, he suggested a 40" ultrawide at a similar price).

The pictures don't do it justice but it's an absolute dream to game on!

Visiting Memory Express has been hands down the best shopping experience I've ever had. During the week of Black Friday deals in November, I decided to pull the trigger and build my first PC. Needless to say, the entire process was incredibly confusing, and I felt less than competent when making the decisions on parts. After selecting a few online, I visited this location to pick up some items and sweet Neptune, the customer service was second to none.

This was the first time I spoke with customer service who, not only knew more than me about the item I was hoping to buy, but knew so much that they answered every single one of my questions without hesitation. Above and beyond that, the customer service reps that were dedicated intel/amd users provided me with unbiased advice for what would be better for my build, and preventing me from making a major mistake of going with Intel instead of AMD, a change I'm incredibly grateful for being caught in time.

This was also the first time I've experienced actual care from customer service, instead of reps trying to answer my questions with whatever gets me out of the door the fastest, they point out all the potential factors to consider when making choices on different components. Suggesting newer generations of motherboards and switching to AMD to have better upgradability, opting for daisy chain fans for a cleaner look, and even letting me know about their free quickmount service. Even doing so much as to help me load the car after buying everything.

Over the week I must've visited the location 4 or 5 times each time being amazing.

On the first visit I spoke with Daniel Iglesias and the gentleman was able to answer every single question I threw at him, educating me on everything I was missing about PC building. The patience of this man was outstanding since he spent over an hour explaining everything to me, and making sure my order was just right.

I encountered Michael McKinney on the next visits and he was able to answer everything I asked him about chip stability, motherboard features, and ram speeds. He was able to make me comfortable in my decisions for some of the most difficult components of my build.

Lastly I dealt with Marius at the service counter when I went in for the quickmount services. Such an enjoyable person to chat with who put in extra effort in to rush the mounting service and book it so that I could have it done within the hour before the store closed. Outstanding reps, every one!

I can't recommended Memory Express more highly. What exceptional service!

My husband and I stopped by the other day, and Sia was the one who helped us. I honestly don’t know much about computers, but she explained everything so clearly and answered all of our questions without making it feel overwhelming. We actually didn’t plan on buying anything that day, we were just there to get a quote, but by the time we left, we had a brand new computer for my husband! He was so excited, like a kid with a new toy, and it made me so happy to see him like that.

Sia’s customer service was absolutely amazing. Coming from someone who works in hospitality, I was really impressed. Thank you, Sia 😊

I needed a laptop for a new position at work, but I didn't know what I needed, as it had been many years since my last computer purchase.
I was immediately engaged by Fabian, a very friendly and knowledgeable staff member, who took the time to ask all the questions I had no idea were even relevant to buying a computer, and skillfully answered all of the questions I had about not only laptops, but desktops, building a computer vs. buying a pre-built, mice, keyboards, and everything else computer related.
