We couldn’t find a company to come out when the cold snap hit and our furnace went on the Fritz. We found these guys and within an hour they were out and fixing the furnace. The work was quick and the price was fair. Geoffrey alerted us to an major issue with our hot water tank while fixing the furnace, showed us the issue right away and made availability the next morning to have it replaced. Upon replacing it, there was a water leak issue after he had left (it was not leaking when he was here). We called in a rush as the basement was gaining water. He raced over from his next job, fixed the problem and immediately offered to not only replace the tank the next day but also did a full maintenance on our furnace, apologizing profusely for the issues that had happened. He showed amazing customer service and we were completely satisfied with how his company handled the situation. We would recommend them going forward. He also kept the work area extremely clean after the installation and was very careful as to not ding anything while taking in and out the water tanks.

Writing this review after waiting a few days so everyone knows this is a legit experience and not some angry customer gone rogue.
We had an issue with our kitchen faucet having slower water pressure. It started leaking after my husband tried replacing a washer inside the faucet and the pressure of the water coming out of the tap also completely slowed down. So we called this company, who said they would come and diagnose the problem - their service call charge is $150. Jeffrey and some other young man arrived, checked the faucet and said we should replace the cartridge to fix the water pressure issue. The faucet was working before with the same cartridge, but they said its not doing what its supposed to do. My husband took time off work and bought the cartridge they told us to and installed it - that did not work. Jeffrey had also recommended to follow up with the faucet's brand as they have a lifetime warranty. We did this but his advice did not apply to us as we are the second owners of the home. So we followed up with Jeffrey since his diagnosis and suggestions didn't work. He said there could be an issue with the valves which he could check for us and he recommended to get this checked prior to installing a new faucet which was our last option as we wanted to fix our current faucet. I told him we would call him back to schedule a follow up. I called him back and the receptionist answered saying they would message us regarding the follow up. We did not hear back at all. Then I called again, Jeffrey answered and said he wont be available for 2 to 3 days. I explained that my husband is only home today and to please try to fit us in that day. He never got back to us with a confirmed appointment, even after I sent an additional message to follow up. I then called him one last time to let him know we wont be requiring his service any longer and unfortunately not happy with the service provided. Jeffrey said he is in the middle of something and would call back, but never did. It is clear this company does NOT value customer satisfaction; for this reason, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Our heating went just as the temperatures dropped. Mechanical Masters bumped other appointments and made us a priority. They updated our Navian system, came back after hours to make an adjustment and followed up a few days later to ensure everything was working well. Very happy with the work and the service.

I have used Geoffrey for 2 installations of thermostats and I was blown away with how professional and quick the services where. He is very knowledgeable and when he had to do some trouble shooting it took no time at all!
