Marcon was recommended to me by a relative who has 40 years experience in construction. This was a great lead for me. They arranged clearing and leveling of the construction site and poured the foundation. Then they assembled a prefab metal shop with onsite construction of the front wall and framing of the interior work area. They set me up with excellent subcontractors to do the electrical, insulation, overhead doors and heating. When problems arose with the prefab company, Mark took the time to phone them directly and work out the issues. We had agreed to a payment plan based on hours worked which always makes one concerned the project might drag on but His crew was always on time and worked hard. When one mistake was made, I was willing to do a work around but Mark insisted on redoing that area at his expense. Mark was extremely easy to talk to and always responded promptly to all my calls and concerns.
Mark gave me excellent advice all the along the way. The only regrets I had, happened when I DIDN’T follow his recommendations. Marcon is the first company I will call for any future projects.
