Will be recommending to all my friends and family! When my laptop randomly stopped working, I initially took it to Best Buy and they said they couldn't help me, then called the manufacturer and they told me it would need a $1300 replacement part. I was skeptical anyone could help and was about to buy a new laptop, but Gemal had it working again within 15 minutes! He even ordered me a new part, fixed in fully within half an hour, and charged a fair price. 10/10

the first time I tried to buy a laptop when I was near the West Edmonton Mall, Im write used laptops in the search and I found a location near this place, when I arrived at the place it turned out that there was no store there, when I called and started asking about what I would like to look at the laptops that can be bought, then they told me that the store had moved and I needed to go to another area, then I found another store and bought it there. Everything would be fine, but I needed another laptop in a couple of months, so as usual, I entered used laptops in the search, and this time I found a different location, which was relatively not far away, I turned on the navigation and drove, when I arrived at the place it turned out to bethis is an apartment building, I called and asked if I wanted to buy a used laptop, and I would like to see what he had and choose something, to which he replied that I should give him the parameters and he would take a look, this option did not suit me, because I wanted to take a quick look at the options and pick something up, so where should I be looking at these laptops? in the parking lot? so I decided not to waste my time and ended the conversation. It's a pity for wasted time and fuel, and the seller, instead of apologizing for my wasted time, started sending me text messages and accusing me of not being a good person because I put one star in the rating.... Why you put on the map localisation that doesn't exist?

Gemal was incredibly helpful and thorough with my purchase of an iMac. Went above and beyond offered graciously tech support for free and included a 90 day warranty. Always quickly responsive to any question or query. Will definitely be purchasing again for all of my computer needs. I highly recommend his services and his business. I was trying to find a specific printer for a project, and found one here. I live out of town and they were willing to hold it for me until I came by, but I ended up finding one locally. Even though I didnt end up buying, their customer service was really good and I appreciate the fact they were willing to work with me!

Writing this from the Macbook Pro I purchased earlier today. I found Gemal's ad on Kijiji, and I'm pleased to have purchased it from someone who offers a warranty as well as future service on devices purchased. I found the price fair, he had it ready to go for me to look at, and we chatted for a bit. Incredibly kind and friendly. I used to work for a local business in a somewhat similar environment, and this kind of experience is invaluable to me compared to going to a larger shop. It depends what you are looking for, of course, but for me, whether it's auto, electronics, whatever, finding someone trustworthy is priceless.

This place is a hole in the wall, and I say that lovingly: It's the type of shop where you will always be dealing with the owner, receive excellent service, and be humbled by the fact that you are dealing with someone with years of experience who actually cares. I find this very hard to come across, and I look forward to continuing to be one of his customers.
