PLEASE AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!

Today, my family and I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this store. We went there with the full intention of purchasing an iPhone 16 Pro Max, but we left empty-handed because of the terrible staff behavior and poor service.

Here’s what happened:
We approached the guy at the front desk to ask about the available plans and financing options. Instead of helping us, he told us to see “the guy with curly hair,” claiming he was more knowledgeable about the details. So, we got in line to wait for him.

We waited for an entire hour! The curly-haired guy was busy talking to one customer the whole time. While I understand the importance of providing detailed explanations, it was incredibly frustrating to see no effort to manage the queue or acknowledge the waiting customers.

When we asked a girl working there how much longer it would take, her response was shocking. She casually told us, “He is heading home, his shift is over, and won’t be able to talk to you.” Seriously? After waiting so long in line, we were told that he was leaving without even helping us.

At that point, we decided to talk to the girl instead about the phone. Her reply was even more frustrating: “We currently do not have an iPhone 16 Pro Max. You guys can come on Monday and check for availability.”

This was the breaking point for us. Why didn’t anyone tell us earlier that the phone wasn’t in stock? The guy at the front desk could have saved us all that time by simply informing us upfront. Instead, we were made to wait unnecessarily.

It was clear that the staff had no interest in helping customers. They seemed to be working purely for the paycheck, with no regard for work ethics or customer service.

To anyone considering visiting this store, please save yourself the time and frustration. The staff is unprofessional, unhelpful, and completely disorganized. If this is how they treat customers who are ready to buy, I can’t imagine how they’d handle any other issues.

Had a bad fall last week and broke my iPhone’s screen so its touch screen no longer worked. Wasn’t ready to purchase a new phone so decided to take a chance with having the screen replaced at the Jump store in Crossiron Mills where I was assisted by Parul, the technician who did a quick and fantastic job with my phone’s screen replacement. She was very patient, warm and accommodating and explained details clearly and finished working on my phone in a jiffy. The screen replacement may have been pricey but I think the quick, successful and worry-free resolution and great customer service were worth it. I look forward to having my phone’s weak battery replaced at the same store soon! Keep up the great work, Parul—thank you!!! 🙂 🙂 🙂

I had a $100 gift card from the store that I received one year ago when I purchased a new MacBook. At the time, I didn’t use it because I didn’t need anything immediately and decided to save it for later. Before leaving the store, I specifically asked if the gift card had an expiry date, and I was told it didn’t.

Fast forward a year, I decided to use it to buy a pair of AirPods, only to be told that the card had expired. How is it acceptable for a gift card to expire, especially when I was assured it wouldn’t? It’s $100—this is completely unfair.

To make matters worse, the employee assisting me was unhelpful and dismissive. They told me to email them my information so they could “try to help,” but then entered a fake email address into my phone. This level of dishonesty is outrageous. I still have proof of the gift card, the date it was issued, and the fake email they provided.

If this is how they treat loyal customers, I strongly recommend avoiding this store and dealing directly with Apple instead. This experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.

The staffs fine but I went to quickly buy some headphones and stood around for 30 minutes awkwardly while the staff entertained the most indecisive man on earth. Mind you, there was 2 customers me and the indecisive man. I just wanted my headphones instead of waiting for the guy in front to change his phone case the 20th time, they could've just rang me up while he was doing his own thing.
