I grew up in a spa setting with a father who did massage and Charmaine gave me the best massage I have had in awhile. I highly recommend seeing her if you need to distress and relax those right muscles.

Charmaine was amazing. Not only did she explain what she was doing but she also asked questions and made sure the pressure wasn’t too much or too little. Charmaine also does cupping (highly recommended!), and showed me the difference between each type so I could choose which one I was more comfortable with. Already have my next session booked. I love it here. I typically hate doctors appointments and hate being touched (to the extent of if someone poked me). Doctor Stacy is AMAZING for Chiropractic needs. From the very beginning all staff were warm and friendly and cared very much about you. Doctor Stacy also listens well, asks you how you are feeling during the adjustment, and answers a lot of the questions I have! I recommend Dr. Rienzi Encarnacion as very professional physiotherapist and very caring and friendly man. I had several serious issues and was limited in my movements and Dr. Rienzi and his treatment plan helped me to release pain and recover well. I can move freely without pain and it makes me so happy! Highly recommend!

Jordan did a very good job at starting with a light touch and working towards a firmer deep tissue massage which is what I asked for. His work has already made a big difference in reversing some long term injury issues.
