The owner took time out to do the quote. He was very knowledgeable and fair. He knew that I was shopping around and never did he bad mouthed the other companies. He offered what was necessary for the size of my home and did not over price me.
The technicians were respectful and showed their expertise in installing the equipments. Will definitely recommend them.

I needed to have a heat exchanger replaced on the boiler for our hydronic heating system.
James, Kade, and Dimitri all demonstrated impressive knowledge and skill, and were supportive of one another as challenges emerged! They all presented with positive energy and openness to creative problem solving. They were easy to trust and I wasn't left feeling disappointed. In spite of repeated problems in communications between administrative support and the customer regarding scheduling, technician availability, and unforeseen changes in scheduling, the technician service provided by Dimitri and Kade was excellent, James provided a generous service quote, and the company demonstrated impressive integrity and a high standard in business ethics when the service undoubtedly took longer than expected but we did not receive any unexpected charges. I will not hesitate to recommend Hydro-Flo to anyone, and I will definitely give Hydro-Flo first consideration for any future HVAC or Plumbing needs that I may have. Hands down, this whole team is the best in the business! From the person texting updates of when our tech would arrive (along with a picture of him) to his arrival and then sharing his knowledge as we asked questions. Our condo complex uses Hydro Flo for plumbing & heating maintenance / repairs so we thought they'd be the most informed about our 15 year old water sourced heat pump.

We had a regular maintenance service on our heat pump today for a "once over" before it gets cold. Next up will be replacing some toilets and we'll definitely hire Hydro Flo for those.

Excellent service for a heat pump problem! We had a consultation with Dmytro where he investigated the issue. He was very detailed with his explanations as to what the issue was with our heat pump. We ended up deciding to replace the entire unit and luckily for us there was 1 new unit in stock. Our consultation was Wednesday and we had a brand new unit installed by Friday!

Couldn't be happier with how quickly Hydro-Flo and Dmytro resolved our issue! Would recommend 10 out of 10 times!

My home maintenance needs experience was a disaster. The technician showed up then blaming my existing equipment for the issue. When I asked them to fix the problem, they told me that it would require additional repairs and equipment upgrades - at an exorbitant cost, of course. It's clear that this company is more interested in making a sale than actually providing good service. They charged $256.17 for nothing without any receipt or invoice. Disappointing and frustrating experience."

He unplugged my Sewer line in record time. He showed up at the appointed time and made no mess. He was very friendly. Easy to talk to. He even took his shoes off 😄
