We got a mini split air conditioner installed at our inner city house yesterday. Trent completed the installation and had a great attention to detail and consulted us before every major step taken. While it's only March we're already looking forward to using the new air conditioner this summer.

We had a fantastic experience with Harmony when our furnace stopped working. Emilio came to our house late at night to assess the situation and, although he determined that the furnace needed to be replaced, he went above and beyond by leaving us with space heaters to keep us comfortable until the replacement could happen.

The very next morning, Anthony arrived promptly to give us a quote, and the furnace replacement was scheduled for the following day. Trent and Sam arrived to do the installation, and we were really impressed with how professional and efficient they were. They did a fantastic job, even taking the time to help us set up the new thermostat. To top it off, they cleaned up the area thoroughly, which was such a nice touch.

The following week, they came back to install a new AC unit and hot water tank. Each step of the process was smooth, and we were kept informed the whole time.

Overall, the entire team was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. It was a pleasure working with them, and we highly recommend their services!

When our furnace very suddenly stopped working, we reached out to Harmony, and their tech efficiently diagnosed the problem, offered solutions and put us in touch with a project manager. Their options and recommendations were thoroughly explained, and once we were ready to book the install, it was completed very efficiently.
