I was overcharged for a part and when I called them out on it I got nothing but excuses. They claim expedited shipping for next day service was the reason but they failed to explain why it took almost 2 weeks for the service man to return with the part. They need to take lessons on customer service as it lacks with Gateway.
I will no longer use Gateway for any service repairs for our commercial office buildings.

NO....I'm Done!!! Been dealing with this since January. As far as I'm concerned another phone call will not make any difference.

I am biting my tongue as I hope that this can get rectified but $1667.00 to replace 3 thermostats!!! Thermostats themselves being sold to me at 3 times as what I can walk into any supply store and buy them for I am trying to get through to the Manager, but I am being sent to the person that takes care of invoicing This is a managerial problem not some poor person that has may not have any authority. Stay tuned as, if this does not get straightened out, I will post all of the gory details.

Got things worked out to a degree. It turns out that part of the price was a late invoice from January with a "completion" date the day I got my work done - a bit confusing. Received a bit of a labor credit and decent thermostat credit. Ok with the value now, but I am not sure how I had to ask about the mark-up on parts. Clearly, someone there should see that it was excessive.

I will consider them again but I will double check on a few things prior to hiring again.

The team at Gateway has been an actual life saver. We were dealing with a leak in our HVAC in the middle of summer last year (who remembers the heat wave!), and they did their due diligence in not only fixing the problem, but troubleshooting to prevent this from happening again. The constant communication from their head office, the professionalism of the staff onsite is some of the best I've ever received. They. worked quietly and quickly, as to not disrupt any of the office workers and followed all Covid health measures

I cannot recommend them enough! Their follow up was equally as wonderful as their service provided and kept ensuring we were well taken care of, and cool! Thank you!

Somebody from this company was driving very aggressively towards my wife this morning on highway 14 out through tofield. She was driving as per her visibility and I, as a plumber and really just as someone with common courtesy, find it very unprofessional let alone dangerous. There is no need to ride right on some and blind them with your brights. You are the people that cause accidents. Get a grip on your impatience and ego.

I’m trying to find out how much longer our cooler will take to be repaired and the lady was very rude, she said “you are not our only customer we have hundreds of people waiting for parts” and she kept going on and on I could not get a word in so I said sorry have a good day and hung up.

I havent used this service personally, however, one of the employees is constantly parking the company vehicle in front of our house. Always right in front of our walkway. Our guests always have to park farther away!

Called Duane for an urgent request and he had someone here that same morning. They were so quick and friendly. Definitely recommend them.
