I’m completely satisfied with the service and support from Fagnan. I requested quotes from three different furnace servicing companies, and Fagnan offered the best value in terms of product brands (furnace and A/C) and related labor costs.

After a thorough consultation, I chose a Carrier modulating furnace with a humidifier and a Carrier A/C. There were no hidden costs—everything was clearly outlined, and the workmanship was excellent.

Jacek, the sales consultant, provided a comfortable tuning session one month after installation. He is highly knowledgeable and informative. Ron, the technician, installed all the equipment with great skill and attention to detail.

I highly recommend Fagnan for their professionalism and quality service!

We had what seemed to be an out of the ordinary problem with our furnace, that took a few visits to diagnose, order parts and repair. They never left us with a non-functional furnace between visits though. Each time, the technicians were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. In the end our furnace was repaired, and the bill was quite reasonable, considering the scope of the work, and the fact that the first visit was on a cold Sunday afternoon. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

Always trusted Kyle, called him and left he work to him without even worrying to check
This is the first time i had real bad taste, Reported the issue to replace a Gas valve on a Furnance, guy came up with replacing the motor, belt and other items.

I had Motor replaced 2 months ago, even the the sticker is shining. Went to check it again my self, motor start with no noise no issue

will Not be calling again, i think Things have changed 🙁

Fast and helpful initial response to my call for service. It was the weekend, but I was able to wait for service until Monday. Keith showed up in the morning on time, knew immediately what the issue was, had the part in his truck and the repair completed in under an hour. We had some concerns regarding our heating and cooling system and Jack came out to chat about things. He was beyond professional. He was so great at explaining things and actually showing me how the system worked. Showed me that my concerns were valid and explained why. It was really nice to have a furnace professional explain things on a level I could understand. Wonderful experience. Better than fair pricing. Super grateful.
