Recently, I was looking for a spot where I could spend some quiet time with my ‘best friend’ to unwind and regroup, but still be close to family. Beverly, offered me the perfect solution! She was welcoming and showed me around the space.

The Cedar Cabin had everything I needed for simple living. I pampered myself with long walks in the country air and visits to the horses. This cute little cabin is quaint, clean and reasonably priced. Evergreen Birch Lodge was a great location for my solo retreat and it is pet-friendly 🙂 I look forward to my next stay. Thank you Beverly for such great hospitality!

I can't say enough for how much peace and relaxation I experienced during my stay at this gem of a camping spot in Cold Lake!! I was able to call this home for the month of July as I waited for my town house to be available. The motor home I have had some plumbing issues. The most friendly and genuine owner ensured that I had a bathroom and shower made available to me. There was a clean shower house within walking distance that was clean and hot water galore!! Also, I had access to a very clean outhouse with electricy within very close proximity to my RV. She also had a outside shower made available to me. The comforts of home were at my finger tips. A huge factor was also that the property is pet friendly!! My two small dogs were most welcomed and enjoyed our month of camping at Evergreen Birch Resort. Her staff are all very friendly and there to support you in any way possible. I also had laundry facilities available for me on the property! If you haven't heard of this hidden Gem in Cold Lake NORTH please check it out. Only short drive to all necessary shopping needs and beach fun! My times at Beverly's resort will hold a special place in my heart! So many opportunities and so peaceful and relaxing! Catch the sunset and enjoy the squirrels playful banter and horses grazing in the field!

I have been staying here for about 15 years on and off for work. Everything is always great. The suites are always clean and well equipped. If you’re missing something Bev will get it for you. Never had an issue with anything. Two thumbs up. Never had a hotel bring me homemade chicken soup lol. Sorry Bev better get cooking lol

We camped in our trailer and paid extra for a tent as we had too many people. For the amount we paid, much nicer to stay in the MD campground not too far away. It has a park for the kids, a beach, and access to the lake, which this place does not.

Beverly, the lady in charge, was slightly paranoid about us checking in before she quit for the day (8pm) but drove her quad noisily into our site when we did arrive to tell us that she was woken up by us arriving. She was also very impolite to my mother who rented a cabin across the property, texting her throughout the day but not coming to speak directly to her regarding an issue they had with a leak in the suite beneath them.

Most of the others on the property were workers, leaving early in the morning (starting their cars next to our tent at 5-6am).

Do not recommend. Save yourself the disappointment and book a hotel, or stay in the MD campground.

The view, location and accommodations are nice. Second last day, we were out having breakfast with the family and got a text that accused us of flooding the unit below because "someone showered with the door open". The bathroom had a tub/shower unit with sliding doors that close. We reviewed the washroom with the "maintenance guy" who denied that the leak could be coming from somewhere else. They mentioned that it happened before. We reviewed the unit below and indeed, there was a LOT of water and certainly did not appear to be a little leak. I did go to the extent of putting on my swimming trunks, standing in the shower for him with the door open to help determine where the water is coming from, clearly not from the door being open. Unfortunately we got evicted shortly after. No leaks or moisture found in our washroom on the floor after reviewing it with the "maintenance guy". There were some 6''x6'' face towels that were on floor that were "supposedly left by us to soak up the spill". Very disappointed that my family along with my parents got evicted for the first time in our lives.. Please save yourself the frustration of dealing with these types of people. This was supposed the best week of the year, our vacation.

Bev was super accommodating and zero issues staying here for work,Had a flat tire one morning and she picked me up and took me to her shop to get a compressor,Also looked after my pet on days off.I would recommend anyone to stay here.Very quiet,safe and weekly cleaning is a great option.Thanks Bev!

My partner and I had an amazing time here!! Bev was fantastic!! And very accommodating!! She gave us an extra day free of charge to be compassionate on dealing with a family loss. I will never forget the compassion and generosity. The place was beautiful as well and had everything you need. Very comfortable. Was what we needed. We will be back again forsure and recommend anyone to come here for an accommodating relaxing stay.
