Manager Steve doesn’t have the slightest clue about customer service. Arrogant, Rude and incompetent. These people told me the water softener I was trying to purchase was too big for my home and our current well water situation they Delayed process by 24hrs to try and “Ensure” I was buying the right product. They called me back a day later saying they were ordering me a smaller unit to save me money.
I decided to get a second opinion from a well water professional who told me the “Smaller” unit they were trying to sell me in fact was too small and would not properly treat my water.
Don’t waste your time with these people, local and convenient is not always the best answer.

I needed a 6 inch pipe to feed an IBC tote. They had a 6 inch sewer pipe that did the trick. I am now able to fill water from the Gwynne water station. The staff even cut the pipe for me.
