I phoned in because my husband had clicked on a scam message, and our laptop seemed to be locked and the annoying message would not stop playing. The very kind technician reminded me of how to do a hard shutdown to get rid of the message, and it worked. I was not charged anything for this help.
I will certainly bring my future business to Eaglerock and be happy to pay.

I am exceptionally dim when it comes to all things tech. Penny, Robert, Brian and the team at Eagle Rock make dealing with technology issues so easy! I’ve used Eagle Rick for support - always with amazing service. I recently had to buy a new laptop, and they graciously offered to help at every step of the way - from the purchase of a new computer (I was lost looking at options, but they worked with me to see what I truly needed and made recommendations), to the transfer of my info/files from old to new, to wiping and disposing of my old system. I have used EagleRock twice now. The first time was a printer issue and I was in a panic because I was late making statements. I got a house call and since it didn,t take too long, I was also given some tutoring to fill in the rest of the time. This time my computer was completely dead so I ran over there. They had me fixed up in less than five minutes and refused to charge me anything. They could have easily taken advantage of me because I,m not very computer smart but they don,t work that way. These are my go to guys from now on and I would recommend them to anybody.

I brought an older laptop in for repair that i knew wasn't really worth fixing but had numerous family videos and pictures that I wanted off of it. The tech i talked to thoroughly explained the issue and what they would recommend to replace it cheap. It was done much cheaper than what i was quoted at their competitors and had it back within a few days. Appreciate the wonderful service !!

I wanted to leave a review to once again express my thanks to this company. This was my second positive experience dealing with Eagle Rock, my first being when they tried to troubleshoot an issue with my laptop a year back, and when they couldn't find the root of the issue, I was not charged a dime. This time around, my laptop needed a new solid state drive. They not only sped up the process since I was starting my Master's program online around the same time my computer crapped out (impeccable timing), but they upgraded my SSD to a larger one (1TB) for the price of a smaller one (500 GB) so I could get my computer back sooner.

I feel honoured to have known them for so many years. They are knowledgeable and affordable, and I wouldn't trust my personal information to anyone else.
