Disappointed in the place. Originally purchased my fire place from Dyand and the leuver stopped working and I could not use it anymore. I got Dyand to come out and service the fire place but it's still broken. Left messages and received no call back.... Even went as far as going to the place directly and still no resolution or even a call back for an appointment. Very disappointed in the product support and quality of repair.

Dyand team was very friendly. Kristi was able to give me a quick competitive estimate for the repairs after another competitor quoted over $2000 for a basic furnace part. Colby diagnosed the issue rather quickly which had nothing to do with the parts the first company tried to sell us. In the end they completed the repairs and saved us money. When given the opportunity they chose to repair our furnace without needing any parts instead of selling us parts we didn't need! Will definitely be reaching out to the Dyand team again in the future as i know i can trust their knowledge and most of all, their Honesty!

My furnace died during a cold spell, I called Dyand as they were the ones who installed it. I was called by a technician who was on call that evening and we talked about the possible issue, as i provided to code numbers the furnace provided. However, decided not to get fixed that night because part wasn't available. Next day, I did have someone come and diagnose it and shared the findings with the technician when he called me on Sunday. He shared that the part was available and asked if I was okay for him to come out on Monday because it would be more economical. I said yes I would like a call for a proper estimate, as we figured out what the issue was and to possibly set up a time for repair because I was getting quotes from other places. Come Monday I was at work and my son, who was 16 was home. The technician came to my place unannounced, I missed the call and called him back and he said oh I was just at your place, I said oh I didn't get a call for proper estimate or appointment time and I said my son was home. So the technician took that as yes go repair. So the technician went back to my place and repaired my furnace, which I didn't fully agree too, then said he couldn't leave without payment to my 16 year old son. So my son paid for it because he said he felt pressured. I saw that the technician called me and I called back and he said it was repaired. I was surprised because I didn't actually agree to the work. So I said oh okay well I guess it's done, send me the invoice and I will pay for it. He said they will send me the invoice. I was surprised when my son called me to say he paid for it. The work was done well, I will give you that but they way it all happened was not great. I was also charged for the diagnostic fee when we already figured out what it was by the codes I provided over the weekend and because I had someone else diagnosis it. Thar is why it's a 3. And the old part got left at my home as well, so I had to dispose of it. The part died 6 months after warranty was done, sigh.

We wanted our furnaces to have a checkup because they were not new. Office staff was polite and efficient. Technician, Ryan, explained what parts had some wear but the parts did not require immediate repair. He didn't try to sell me on things that were not needed. Very pleased with our experience.

I would suggest the company trucks get mud flaps put in. I was driving on the QE2 at 9:19 am when one of your trucks drove by me and cracked my windshield up. Big trucks should have mud flaps.

I had initially given a positive review..... But, ....after dealing with the business for over 2 years I would change my review dramatically.

Adrian, his salesmen and installers are quite incompetent. It took 2 years to have a fresh air kit installed. I had problems with the draft, alarms, glass, stove, smoke, and on one occasion even the fire department showed in bunker gear! Many telephone calls and visits could not budge anyone to install the fresh air vent to the stove. It was only after I spoke to parts (and they had 7 kits in stock) were they convinced to come out. Of course I paid for stove one, stove two and finally the vent install. See where I am going? They sell fireplaces but no one wants to service them or back up their product. I wonder why they had seven stove specific fresh air kits when I bought the one of a kind stove? Maybe they leave off any part that is too difficult to install. Oh, they used a plastic wrapped vent pipe so I still have to do it again. With the venting adequate at least the stove draws better. I am sure we had at least 8 service visits for a simple install. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. They have no idea of pain caused by their inadequate business plan.
