My crew showed up for a project to be completed in Bonnyville, and the hotel that we had made reservations for had canceled our reservations for no reason. The crew went to the Day's inn where they were promptly given great rooms, breakfast included, at a great price. This was a phenomenal save and allowed us to continue our project and get it completed on time. Shout out to Reesa for her understanding and amazing customer service. Thank you, Day's Inn!

Clean, quiet, well run hotel. Front desk personal very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Breakfast was as one would expect. Parking for anything larger than a regular truck might be problematic as there is only angle parking on site. On street parking out front for larger rigs. Handy to Tim's and 5011 restaurants. The jacuzzi tub is well worth getting after a long shift... very relaxing! Bed is comfortable, and plenty of towels, kitchen is well stocked for one person. One should bring a power bar, like most hotels receptacles are few and far between and generally filled. Would recommend this property for a few days of down time.

I absolutely love this place and would stay here above anywhere else just because of the staff. They are so very kind. Breakfast is mostly homemade and delicious and coffee and a juice is available in the lobby all day free of charge. Pet friendly AND smoking rooms are available and are a fair price. I recomend staying here anyway even if it is a bit further from town center activities

A very nice and quiet hotel in a smaller town where the people are laid back and friendly. Very enjoyable. And the breakfast in the morning was delicious and plentifull. I would recommend if you are in the neighbourhood.

An average cheap and cheery hotel room, but the elevator constantly malfunctions, and a staff member knocked on my door yesterday as she smelled weed in the hallway. That was fine, but she acknowledged the smell wasn't coming from my room, but continually poked her head in through the doorway to get a better look in the room or some other reason. Height of rudeness.

As a woman with a baby I did not feel safe in this hotel. As my husband was sleeping after his night shift (thankfully he was there) the maintenence guy came in without knocking although the DND sign was on the door and his excuse was that he will come in a room if he "thinks" it's unoccupied. Keep in mind i had only a tshirt/underwear on as I was napping. As well as if you're in the Oil field make sure you bring your own towels and bedding as you will get charged for stains or if your baby accidentally knocks over your coffee. This place clearly doesn't bleach their linens (ew) . As a previous housekeeper and someone who has traveled multiple places and countries this place is unfortunately at the bottom of my stays.

Stayed for 2 weeks in June, This hotel caters to Oil Patch and Construction workers. The room we rented had a Kitchen which came in handy. Good breakfast but had to go early as the workers ate everything, they did refill food on some days. Older hotel, but clean and comfortable. All the staff were simply amazing and would always go out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Only issue and a minor one was ice machines were not working on our floor and other 2 floors, we had to go to main floor. Very quiet on our floor as workers went to bed early. We had our Grand Children stay over a couple of Nights and staff provided sheets for pull out bed for us and did not give us a issue over extra people in the room. Pleasant Stay.
