This is an excellent hidden gem. A group of us stayed there last weekend and we all had fabulously super clean rooms with excellent bedding. It was particularly impressive how well-maintained each room was and all appliances. Very kind front desk workers and everything was super professional. This is an excellent place to stay.

Every time I go to crossfield for work which is only a couple of times a year I picked this place specifically simply because the owners are so darn cute and it's really very busy there but the rooms are massive incredibly clean and well kept and I highly recommend if you're going to be working in the area to stay here.

Incredibly kind and caring owners who were willing to go the extra mile to make my stay an exceptional one. When I was in a difficult position, they refunded me a few of my nights when I had to cut my trip short. Nothing but great things to say about them.

The rooms were clean, BUT extremely rude staff! Do not stay on the main floor as the roof is beyond paper thin and they do not do anything about noise complaints. My suggestion is if you have to stay here bring earplugs or you won’t get any sleep!

Do NOT stay at this hotel with pets.
We drove 18 hours and had booked our room months in advance with pets. Once we arrived at 1100pm we unloaded our entire trailer and lives into our room. All was well until we unloaded our larger dog (super friendly German shepherd, on leash and planned to stay in kennel in room. Well groomed and behaved). At this time it was 1230am and the owner came and informed us that they do not accept pets. Absolutely not a possibility and they recommended we stay in the next town over. Non-negotiable and not up for discussion. Refunded money and asked to leave.
When giving the key back I mentioned very kindly that they should update their online information but was told "sometimes we allow pets".
0100am loading our truck, girlfriend crying, and so mentally and physically exhausted. We were not welcomed and shown no mercy for our circumstance, although we had absolutely done our part to avoid anything like this.

Please do not stay here with your pets. The owners left us on the side of the road with no options and we had to drive on because of it.

Beds are a bit stiff and outdated. But the room is clean and the wifi and a/c work great. Lady cleans the room everyday. Shower is hot. Overall good experience. No ironing board, No hair dryer. There is a coffee machine in the room though.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Guy tried to make me pay more a night then we agreed on because I was staying more then just one night, then tried to make me pay even more because of the work I do. Made me switch rooms after my first night. Shower is luke warm not hot, he comes into my room when the “do not disturb” sign is hanging on the door and took about 20 minutes to check in because he doesn’t know how to work his debt machine
