Maybe they aren’t the best to work for but I don’t work for them. I look after quite a few units and I get pretty darn good service. Eric, Jay and Cordell always call back and answer questions. Mike in parts hasn't been with them for a very long time but he is very easy to deal with and stepped up fast. Mistakes happen but he’s always quick to take action and fix it. All very professional and friendly. As far as prices it like anything…. Best to shop around no matter who your buying from…but I’ve found quite a few items they sell that I can’t get cheaper on less than a pallet full. Plus boys and girls these guy use a lot of onshore manufactured and they are a North American company. Go oil and gas I say….they don’t build windmills.

Constantly wrong on billing information and act like they are always right even though they are wrong. The manager of Compressco Canada is extremely arrogant. Charge an arm and a leg for parts but the boxes say Napa on them. Field personal are treated not on how good there fleet is running and down time but on who is related to who else in the company. Gone through at least 6 techs in the last couple years due to the Manager of Canada being impossible to work for. Have heard that the pay of there workers keep dropping but they are given a higher work load all the time. Service trucks are mediocre at best and when the 300,000+km units break you are the one in trouble because you lost time working. I have heard they are now gps monitored and if you get home a few minutes to late or early they badger you for the time. Even if the work isnt safe you are expected to do it, you can say no but expect backlash later on. Seems when they have a good tech and the fields running smoothly they decide to get rid of him and we are left with a new tech for the area then things go down hill for a year or more again with poor run time and items breaking. Overall a bad company to work with I have heard and just as bad to deal with ever since there last manager of Canada left. Treat everyone like garbage unless you are related and have huge markups on napa boxed parts.

I would totally agree with the above poster. This company is a sham. I have been told numerous times by previous employees they're terrible to work for and unless your family like the above poster said you will be screwed over. Very cheap and the manager is probably the worst person you could ever work for or deal with as a customer. Very arrogant and impossible to get along with. Had them fixing one of our units, but the mechanic simply couldn't fix it, and didn't know what was wrong. He left without a word.......when he was called he was already halfway home and would not come back so production was lost untill they sent another worker out.
