During the worst & coldest long week-end, our furnace stopped working. We called Clearview Services, whom we bought the furnace & water heater from in 2008. Luis, was a respectful & a pleasure to talk to. He cared enough to try & help us with the furnace matter in other ways. But the cost for after office hour visit detered us. We know the staff have their limitations to assist. So we endured the cold & got your tech to come over on Feb 19 '25. John is a patient, kind & most definitely a caring tech. He adviced on the senior's family maintenance plan & we signed up for it.

My Furnace was at it's end of life and stopped working. John came and showed me all the costs and options. I chose to replace it. Richard came and began the process. He was very professional and got to work right away. It was an all day job and I found Richard to be a dedicated and hard worker. At the end of the day Richard showed me everything I needed to know concerning the furnace and filters. Thanks for the professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

I am truly grateful to the Clearview and the professionals who worked in my home: John Fenning and Yamil Pigueiras. John managed my order with ease and provided at least three options for me to choose from.
I recently moved into my new home and immediately found that the water heater required replacing. The water softener seemed ok, but John found that it wasn’t functioning well and needed replacement as well. Then, John looked around and showed me the leak around the furnace. As one can imagine, I felt overwhelmed with having to deal with all three replacements/repairs at once.
Having the three options of pricing for the replacements and repairs really helped me with my decision making as per my budget. It is also important to mention that the price quoted upfront was the price charged!
The timeline that John gave me was very impressive! I was strapped for time and needed the work done within a few days and John made sure to schedule me in right away. This was truly a great relief for a busy person!
The work was done very well and in the most professional manner!! I was kept in the loop about the process all day. Both professionals communicated with me when needed. Yamil worked longer that day and he made sure to show me the completed work and answered all of my questions.
I was impressed with how both professionals went beyond my expectations and had their shoes covered in plastic and the floors covered with a cloth to prevent the dragging of mud when going back and forth between outdoor and indoor when they carried their tools. My place was left in such a clean condition!
Currently I am enjoying the fruits of their labour, having warm and soft water in my bathroom, and a piece of mind regarding the furnace.
I feel that I found the business that I will always turn to when I need plumbing and heating related installations and repairs! I recommend Clearview to anyone looking for a professional and prompt service! Thank you Clearview:)

Clearview installed a hot water heater. We've had to bring them back multiple times to replace multiple faulty parts, and we are always pretty unhappy with the communication around visits - 11 hour time windows given, no ETA updates until the tech is on their way and sometimes until they are very close. One recent call was a particularly bad experience due to a misdiagnosis, they did make it right in the end by sending a different tech and reversing the charge from the first one but it still turned a 10-minute visit into plumbing drama that went on for days.
